Well, we might not have a second scarlet maturity yet. His power is still a well kept secret after all.OH, thank you for clarifying, I thought she copied the power of a cloner themselves.
...In that case, wouldn't a second Scarlet Maturity being around, powering up the villains attract way too much attention? He has a distinctive appearance. Maybe we're off on that theory. Maybe it's just some sort of "twice as much villain equals twice as much power" deal where two versions using the same power at once equals a boost in power/speed.
Is it just that there's two factions? Dominion + Faust, and the escaped prisoners (Monarch IIRC). So it's likely that SM has been cloned, because SM is unlikely to boost Monarch's faction unless they agree to work for him?Because Le Petit Prince is stronger and we know Scarlet boosts powers.

Buuut if she does have a clone of him, he might look like SM's base form before he boosted everybody, since it's technically a new guy. But it's also just as possible the clone started at the OG's level and now it's even mutanter, lol. Thankfully clones seem to be dumber than the originals
and as the cones are appearantly short lived she will never get to the stage where you have the megabuff scarlet maturity.... Yeah, she'd get the Scarlet Maturity that hasn't built the giant stockpile, but still has the power boosting effect, they'd look like completely different people.
Yep.
It's not worth it, trust me. This was more that I couldn't justify something without a roll.Someone get the buffs, we can get moderate sucess if give that roll a +5 and im pretty sure weve got enough bonus aroibd for it.
ah 😎 was memeing mostly anyway. It's not worth it, trust me. This was more that I couldn't justify something without a roll.
Late to comment on this, but I'm guessing a number of things that may or may not happen mechanics wise should we let consequences pass. That would have happened if you hadn't done this mission. They should have murdered Hiver, pinned it on you, and used it as a pretext for all-out war.
It would have been -10 REP until you did things to try to restore it.Late to comment on this, but I'm guessing a number of things that may or may not happen mechanics wise should we let consequences pass.
1) we get a number of missions that requires us fending off Powers in a similar manner to how Wonderland prisoners would've gone loose in the failed ND scenario.
2) we get a roll each turn of Powers attacking our base, including the one at Jacob's Ladder (that one requires a counter espionage roll) that ranges from a fairly quiet turn to utter chaos. We may or may not have to leave a hero out for guard duty, etc.
3) this one I'm not sure of but since it's a formal announcement of that JU killed Hiver, I wonder if this was gonna affect global REPUTATION in done way, like we get -1 global Rep from that.
