No need for that. Black Swan's a literal blackhole when she's unconscious so there's no way to actually capture her if shebfalls to 0 HP.
Um whens shes unconscions shes just black object without any limbs only Chest and Head. Its how Leizi managed to get her out after getting her powers destroyed the site they used.
Her core is as tough as a black hole. She doesnt become a black hole when tapped out.
They may not be able to kill BS but capture and imprison is possible.

Mona's a heroic gal. Lady Leizi could tell her to pull out of a fight and she won't if it risks us getting caught. I'll trust her judgement for when she wants to retreat and avoid micromanaging what our heroes do beyond the broadstrokes of giving them a goal to accomplish.

If I recall WoG correctly, superpowers aren't inherited. They likely won't have special bonuses to their tolerance or anything, and the main factors deciding tolerance like age will remain true for them too.

Since we've greatly expanded our library of DNA, I decided to see how well we could make Red Huntress 2.0 without regard for the specific differences of how these builds would manifest their powers. The problem we've had with Red Huntress is that her powers are incredibly synergistic, so ideally, you want all of them to manifest to make sure that the result isn't weaker than the original in their shared niche.
All in all, the fact that Enhanced Speed is locked behind high Potency DNA Profiles means that it's impossible to recreate Red Huntress completely. We're better off using her as a base for a completely new build with a different specialization from the original instead, like the old Chimera plan.
As an aside Bitterman, are Man o' War's Self-Empowerment and Sewer Rat's Self-Enhancement supposed to be the same keyword or two different keywords?

In your plan, will Handyman taking the job be included? I think that will be useful in addition to infiltrating on the day of the meet, because that gives time to make a detailed map of the place with the benefit of a civilian cover and not having to avoid sight for the non-restricted areas. In any plan, there will likely be a narrow window to inform Hiver before the attack starts, as he probably doesn't have a reason to be at Balthazar until Four Seasons is there. I still want to do it though.
We don't know the enemies' ambush plan, which makes me nervous about not having a person right next to Lady Leizi. Even if Scarlet Maturity can't hide in there, goons might already be in the building by the time we arrive for the meeting. Handyman could detect that, but he can't exactly stop them if they are already there without getting the meeting called off. So I will want Handyman next to Lady Leizi, disguised as Black Swan. It keeps up our cover, as I doubt Lady Leizi is the type of person to come to a meeting with no escort unless she also had something up her sleeve.

- Don't be afraid to be overly detailed in plans. A lot of things are going to turn on information you don't have or dice rolls no one can predict. I'll keep the spirit of the plan in mind and your heroes will act in character. If a detail becomes impossible or no longer feasible, I won't punish you for it.
- Foreshadowing as a QM is hard. Folks pick up on minor details you think will float by and not get things you think are major hints. Someone outright guessed something I was trying to keep vague based on the merest description, and there's a huge metaplot with lots of foreshadowing that has gone over everyone's head. Point is, this is hard and I'm doing my best to make sure things don't feel like an asspull.
- So aside from SLAYERS, the other New Dawn members, and Global Justice, I'm out of DNA profiles. Thinking about it, I'll take submissions through DMs if anyone wants to send one in. One per person, no guarantee I'll use it or won't change it a bunch when it shows up.
