I just hope that when it comes time for Noa to actually lay the legal smack down on Osborn, she has a half dozen capable friends on hand to counter whatever nastiness he pulls out when he finally loses it.
Yeah, here's the thing: Osborn saw a tiny mutant woman he could bully, not realizing that he's picking a fight with someone Magneto personally cares about and that could probably also call up Doctor Strange if push came to shove. Now THAT would be a weird team up.
She's standing on a dozen phone books
Or at least the chair. Or both!

She has a man who could fold an Essex class carrier in half with his mind as a beloved uncle. In a few years the US military is going to have a special division of top operators insuring her safety 24/7. If only because having a teleporter, worlds most powerful psyker, Magneto, chaos witch, and shapeshifter pissed off at the same time as a horrific nation security emergency.

While this is true, having Magneto and Dr. Strange in your corner is not the same as them constantly guarding your person to prevent shit from happening. Noa got lucky in that Magneto found the thugs in her appartment before she did. That situation would have played very differently. (Or maybe not so much since the ward gives her advance warning and she's smart enough to call for help/the police instead of going into a dangerous situation alone)

True, but now Magneto knows that people are actively trying to hurt or kill her, and, well, uh, Magneto has rarely handled such situations... gracefully.

If Erik couldn't be there, I'm sure he'd send Raven to provide discreet overwatch for a high profile mutant who was the target of a hate crime. She'd probably handle things by knocking the guys out so that St. John's lawyer didn't get in legal trouble, then shape-shifting to look like Erik so Noa would feel safe when she arrived.

So, looking at the timestamps to the chapter and being a detail obsessee at times... The timeline shows this chapter starts on the 22nd of June, 1990. According to the timeline, Peter and Harry were deposed in May 1990, though chapter 18 showed that Osborn's lawyers were stonewalling wrt discovery. In 18, Sam lays down the strategy that leads to the meeting in this chapter. However! The timelime mentions that a case is dismissed after/via an appeal for summary judgement is made on June 11th, and that the case against her client is dismissed. Now, this could be a red herring and be nothing of consequence, but the only active trial in that section refers to is the Osborn case. After that is June 16th, where Noa and Jonah meet in the evening, but is not an event we've been shown.

What's more, according to the timeline, Noa meets Charles Xavier on July 11, but chapter 19 shows us that on June 20.

The footnote on page 1 of the timeline:
This timeline is only valid through the beginning of Arc 5. This timeline assumes that no incidence of time travelers has occurred to modify the timeline, nor will it be amended to reflect temporal manipulation by outside parties. Furthermore, this is not a complete timeline, only events with direct relevance to the story appear here, though it will be amended as more becomes important.

I think it's safe to say we have time travelers producing shenanigans!

The Nasdaq isn't a competitor, thats just Osborn running general spy work. You can often get advantages by learning information faster than competitors and that was the goal there.

Maybe with a side of insider trading and market manipulation. Wow, Osborns angling for all of the fun charges.

better question, does Pietro's mutant physiology mitigate or entirely counteract the effects of ADHD medications?

I wouldn't expect it to counteract ADHD meds any more than it counteracts any drugs or medicine. Remember, ADHD is A LOT more than just being hyper and most ADHD meds don't just calm you down, which shouldn't be too surprising, given the fact that many of them are stimulants.

I am in need of updating that timeline, to be honest. Rarely does a plan survive contact with the enemy.

Most of it is still accurate, but…
