While November's big trick is obviously the Drowned Armada, crewed by the dead jealously kept by Lake Superior, her style when she can't bring thousands of years of ships to bear is fairly brutal and no-nonsense, mostly to cover for how vulnerable she actually is in those circumstances. In most cases if she has to fight on land she'll open with Drown With Me, plunging the battlefield into the black depths of Superior and enabling her other water-based abilities ("swimming", not having to breathe, most guns not working right...). If you can't escape her down there, you face her Voiceless Harpoon & schools of sturgeon.
She lives in fear of the day someone asks her to fight a lightning user and she just fucking dies.
