OOC: @DaviProGamer27 Are we allowed to talk about things from folklore like Rakshasas? Because the Ramayana has multiple tv shows on, even now, and are as good a threat for India to be dealing with internally as anything.
YES!
Both the original version (Folklore Stories) and any and all adaptions (videogames, tv shows, novels...)

Good just wanted to check, because Rakshasa appear in stories with Hindu gods, and I think you said to avoid bringing Hinduism gods into the world. I'm fine doing that, having Rakshasa appear without counterpart gods, because they can be defeated by mortals in most stories, with superhumans covering the difference.

Fixed!

Also woohoo mostly canon! Don't know what didn't make the cut, but we can roll with it! Do I get any xp?

India - Significant Characters
Mostly Canon.
The Superheroes do exist, but are nowhere near the level of power - or seriousness - as their American and European counterparts
And the spore thing IS indeed powerful in India, but it also affects somenplaces in North America. But there, it's less powerful.

+600 EXP for you.

I said "avoid still practiced major religions", but I also said that the Hindu, Chinese and Shinto Pantheons are around and alive.

The major religions that I excluded, for anyone wondering, were Islam, Judaism and Christianity ☪️ ✡️ ✝️
Great, we take those! Just added a point that Shaktiman is dealing with multiple versions of Ravana (main bad guy of the Ramayana) who are trying to take over Sri Lanka. Basically something to keep him busy until you need him to do something big.

Yay points!

Absolutely agree about the Spores thing, I never wanted to imply it only hits India, musicals are all over the world. If the game was set after 2021, I was going to mention Schmigadoon as a place in America where a pocket of meteorite landed and that area had to be sent into a private dimension (maybe by SCP or Dr Strange or someone else entirely), to avoid infecting the rest of the country.

Don't know how I feel about you saying Indian superheroes are less serious than American and European counterparts, given Lego Batman exists, but hey you do you ;)

Gonna work on some Power Rangers stuff now.

Wait, Lego Batman is Infian? But (almost) every version of Batman is from New Jersey.
...then again, as long as it doesn't come from a bootleg movie - or a controversial/propaganda movie -, it should count.
I meant that you said Indian superheroes are less serious than American, and Lego Batman is a super unserious American hero.

Although there is an Indian Spider-man. Guy had it rough before spider-verse movies, would be a good addition.

Random piece of information: Petoria exists. In
Rhode Island.

Yes, that Hoi4 mod made me think back to that Family Guy episode. Add another Indipendent Nation to North America's Nation Count (After Mexico, Canada and the USA)

[P.S: the Sidestories about the Faction of the US are still valid. But those places are not considered "Recognize Nations"]

How is this doing "Interlude: Look who's here"
I still need help writing it.

It's the Ben Drowned Interlude.

priginally, Rovotnik was going to thinker with it, find out that somethimg sentient was inside, and try to study it without getting noticed.
This would have unlocked the BEN Rival Report, where he would either try to detect us if we thinkered with the Cartridge before-hand, or do miscellaneous stuff on the Internet (if we plugged it onto a computer)

These plans fell trough, tho, when neither I nor my co-writers xould come up with amything.
Add to that Kingster foing radio-silent, Alex89 dropping out and Silvershark just... not responding... as well as my university exams...

And you've got yourself an unfinished mess.

Power Ranger Status Report #1 - [Saban Era] - Canon Event
Power Rangers - Saban Era
The Power Rangers are a group of superheroes who gain their powers from the Morphing Grid, the energy field that connects all life forms across the multiverse. Using this energy they gain colorful armor, enhanced physical abilities, weapons and access to giant robots called Zords. The Rangers are not strangers to travelling to different universes, and have tried to coordinate with each other on this new Earth.
Mighty Morphing: As the original group of rangers, they also have the most variations running around Angel Grove California, from Robot Chicken parodies to talking cats, to varying degrees of effectiveness. Thankfully an older live action Jason Lee Scott has experience working with different rangers, and is trying to coordinate them all into an effective fighting force against alien groups such as the Land Sharks in LA, even as the rest of his team is missing. The two most effective groups currently are the 2017 movie versions (even as they still try to learn their powers) and the Boom Comics version who struggle with being obviously ink based in a 3D world. The most alarming fact is that there is no sign of any Tommy Oliver variant aka the Green and White Ranger.

Zeo: Rocky, Cat, Adam and Tanya are struggling to fight without their leader Tommy Oliver, as without Zeo Zord V or the Red Battlezord they can't form any of their Megazords. Their enemies, the Machine Empire, has been trying to make alliances with other evil robotic groups, such as the Phalanx and the Decepticons, but their smug superiority has gotten in the way so far. However, there have been potential connections with the AI known as Vengix (see Beast Morphers).

Turbo: Justin Stewart is very much a kid out of time, as the only Turbo ranger on Earth and the youngest Ranger, he feels a bit left out. He's working with other young superheroes, such as the Beetleborgs and Ben 10, as well as his sentient vehicles the Lightning Cruiser and Storm Blaster (who have in turn become friends with other sentient rides like Herbie and Knight Rider). Divatox the Space Pirate has been struggling in a much busier sea to be a threat, but she's also started to make friends with villainous sea groups such as Davy Jones (Pirates of the Caribbean) and the more nefarious One Piece Pirates. The greater threat is the Robo Rangers, robots designed to copy the Turbo Rangers' powers, who have been infected by the villainous AI Venjix (See Beast Morphers).

In Space: The Rangers have taken their Astro Megaship and headed to outer space to look for Karone and the other Lost Galaxy rangers, trying to see if they came to this reality as well. If they did, that means there is a whole universe of fictional beings to deal with, with the greater threat being the potential return of the Grand Monarch of Evil Dark Spectre, who could be forming a new United Alliance of Evil in space right now!

Unfortunately not all rangers who've come have been positive. The Live action Psycho Rangers are back and see this world as a buffet, using their ability to shapeshift to hunt down the various Power Rangers, taking their forms and abilities to not only destroy them, but also discredit the Rangers to the world. Meanwhile, the 2019 comic Psycho Rangers are still on their path of redemption in space, but it's unclear if it will stick this time.

Lost Galaxy: The existence of Lost Galaxy and the colony vessel Terra Firma in this new universe would be a game changer. It would mean that other human communities might exist in space, such as Lost in Space's Alpha Centauri or the various human colonies under rule of the The Goa'uld from Stargate.

Lightspeed Rescue: Based in Mariner Bay, California, Lightspeed has rejoined the US government military structure and has been invaluable in offering expertise in how to combat demonic forces with technology. Rumors abound that they want to recruit Doom Guy as an honorary Seventh Ranger.

Time Force: Based in Silver Hills California, the only rangers present in this timeline are Wes and Eric, much to the alarm of Wes who worries his beloved team mates might have been erased from the timeline since the move. The Silver Guardians, a private police force trained to fight monsters, has proven incredibly popular in this new world, with funding coming from various sources to deal with threats from Cryptids to KPA insurgents.

Wild Force: Based in Turtle Cove, the Wild Force rangers have been doing their best to fight the forces of pollution that empower their enemies The Orgs. This has led them to work with environmental heroes such as Captain Planet, and on occasion Poison Ivy (although they agree she goes too far with the murder).

OOC: And that's all the rangers of the Saban Era! I'll be working on the rest of them in different posts, Disney Era and Neo Saban Era, up until Beast Morphers (the last series of 2020, the timeline of the game). As for what's the deal with Vengix, and where the heck are the Tommy Olivers, well you'll just have to wait till next time!

Power Ranger Status Report #2 - [Disney Era] - Canon Event
Power Rangers - Disney Era
For a period of time, Power Rangers were owned by Disney, with several series made under their branch. Whether Disney wants to try to claim these fictions as their own now is up to them, but the Rangers don't seem to respond well to them trying to boss them around.

Ninja Storm: Based in New Zealand, the Ninja Storm Rangers had all retired after losing their powers, rebuilding the Wind Ninja Academy and the Thunder Ninja Academy to train new elemental ninjas to protect Earth. However, the Dark Ninja Lord Lothor returned from the Abyss of Evil and turned the Ninja Storm Rangers evil with magic, giving them their powers back. Now a threat to the world, Lothor is using the Rangers to attack other Ninja groups, such as Hidden Leaf Village, the TMNT, Rokkaku (Ninja book series by Benedict Jacka), The Hand (Marvel), even Night Ninja and his Ninjalinos (PJ Masks), all to become the undisputed Dark Ninja Master.

Dino Thunder: Based in Reefside California, the young heroes are definitely feeling the struggle without their mentor Tommy Oliver to guide them. Meanwhile Mesagog is excitedly studying the new science of both dinosaur creations (Jurassic Park) and human/reptile cross genetics (Lizard from Marvel among others) to both empower himself and his creations.

SPD: As an alien policing force, Space Patrol Delta has found itself at odds with similar groups, such as the MiB and The Plumbers (Ben 10) who both find their powers threathening. There has been an effort to recruit mutants with powers into SPD whose powers would complement a new B Squad, much to the concern of some X-men. Doggie Crueser wonders if this new integration means his people and home planet might have survived in this world, while the Omega Ranger worries they will never be able to return to their home in the future. [Brought before end of series, after A Squad was defeated]

Mystic Force: These magic wielding rangers are no strangers to worlds colliding, and act as an in between to help magical communities integrate with mundane ones, operating with supernatural representatives like Juniper Lee and Jake Long (The American Dragon), while protecting the magic folk from monster hunters. [They were brought after end of their series, post Overdrive Crossover]

Operation Overdrive: As a privately funded group of Ranger treasure hunters, the Overdrive rangers have been spearheading the effort to retreive numerous dangerous artifacts that have appeared in the world, working with Section 13, Indiana Jones, Nathan Drake and Lara Croft to secure magical items such as Shengon Wu (Xiaolin Showdown) or the Clow Cards (Cardcaptor Sakura). Their next mission is perhaps the most deadly-entering the portal to Mordor in New Zealand and retrieving the One Ring from Sauron before he can regenerate.

Jungle Fury: From fighting evil spirits, to running Jungle Karma Pizza, these martial artists have been busy! To try to help local communities in New Zealand deal with new threats, they have started training others in both their martial arts as well as their ability to summon their unique spirit animals. It's early days and the progress is slow, but Casey is confident if he can become a Pai Zhuq master, anyone is capable of learning.

R.P.M: Boston, Massachusetts was very surprised when a full dome appeared around their entire city. They were even more shocked when post apocalyptic robots started attacking the walls trying to get in. The color coded Ranger Operators was honestly the most normal part of the whole experience. Dr K has been working with researchers at MIT to find a way to improve the ranger technology and bring it to more people, while Colonel Mason Truman has been trying to connect with the US government. There is concern that the various Fallout Synths and Androids might be potential points of egress for Vengix's robotic horde, but the fact they are so low tech is actually a boon in defense.

Vengix has found hacking into this world's internet more challenging, as it seems filled with Virtual Troopers and digital monsters, but he was glad to discover another version of himself to coordinate with (See Beast Morphers). [They were brought in before the end of their final episode]

OOC: Stay tuned for the final group of rangers, the Neo Saban era!

Power Ranger Status Report #3 - [Hasbro Era] - Canon Event
Power Rangers - Neo-Saban Era + Hasbro
Saban regained the rights to Power Rangers, and has definitely tried to take credit for the success of the Rangers fighting evil, but few pay much heed to it. He is regretting selling Power Rangers to Hasbro just a couple years prior (2018) as now the big company has more claim to all the Rangers, even if they haven't attempted to claim control of them. Yet.

Samurai: Samurai are the only group of Rangers to perfectly composite with their Sentai counterpart Samurai Sentai Shinkenger, leading to the completely Japanese group operating in Japan. They have made quick friends with the Demon Slayer Corps, with their similar artistic sword fighting style as well as their mutual enemy of demons. The Boom Comic version of Lauren Shiba has made contact with the Boom Comics Jason Lee Scott, reigniting their relationship from Shattered Grid.

Megaforce: The Megaforce Rangers are stumped by the arrival of a new group of space pirates wearing their Super Megaforce costumes and wielding their Ranger Keys. Attempts to find peace between the two groups has currently failed, leading to battles in the streets, further instigated by the disguised Psycho Rangers.

Dino Charge: The large group of Rangers has mostly been focused on helping the New Zealand community deal with the number of dinosaurs they brought from their timeline, a world where dinosaurs never went extinct but live in harmony with humans.

Ninja Steel: The Ninja Steel Rangers main challenge are their fellow ninja rangers (Ninja Storm) who are attacking them, keeping them on the backfoot, as they are reluctant to attack. Meanwhile Galaxy Warriors, the intergalactic tv show where contestants fight to the death, has got a large number of new viewers and fighters! They recently made a partnership with fellow intergalactic death show Dreadzone (Ratchet and Clank: Deadlocked) so now their contestants are fighting in a wide variety of arenas and challenges!

Hyperforce: With the ability to travel the Hyperstream, these Rangers are one of the few who can scour dimensions, and they're using it to find their missing pink ranger Chloe, whose chasing after her father who seems to have joined a new alliance of evil. Chloe is afraid her father making a brand new timeline is in someway responsible for what's happened to the world.

Beast Morphers: Rangers who combined morphing energy with animal DNA, the members of Grid Battleforce are fierce fighters, defending the Morphing Grid from incursions-of which there are increasingly many, as different evil forces try to tap into the new power source. They are based in Coral Harbor, near San Jose California, a city with energy powered straight from the Morphing Grid which is a great relief to many energy starved parts of the region due to the various disruptive forces such as the KPA and Fallout raiders.

The villain snake AI Evox, is actually an enhanced version of Vengix from the future, so is eager to work with his RPM counterpart, combining his experience with the internet and morphing energy with Vengix's army. The two plan to combine their cyborg creation with the power to create Cybervillain Clones to create the perfect infilitrators. They've already started by using the robot Turbo Rangers as an initial blueprint, and even made overtures of alliance with robotic forces such as Skynet and the Machine Empire. The latter has been too smug to accept a non-command role, while the former is already working on a similar process with their Terminators, but if not stopped, it's only a matter of time before the two Vengix are able to spread their forces out and take over the world.

Shattered Grid: In a parallel timeline, Tommy Oliver stayed evil, becoming Lord Drakkon and taking over the world. He stole the powers of his fellow rangers and made a personal army of Ranger Sentries with them. In this new world, all Tommy Olivers composited into one form-including Lord Drakkon. The incredible will of Lord Drakkon is currently in control, but the effort of keeping all the good Tommys (and one ethically ambiguous cat) under his sway is causing him to lose track of his sanity. Despite this, Drakkon is stronger than before, having gained access to the Master Morpher which allows him to use the powers of any Tommy Oliver, as well as their zords.

Currently he's in hiding in a parallel dimension, but once he's in control he's making plans to find other evil variants of heroes (such as Dark Danny Phantom and The Mirror Universe from Star Trek) to join forces with and destroy all good variants. Then he will take control of the planet, 'saving it' from all the wild chaos, as he did for his world.

OOC: And that's all the Rangers upto 2020!

Glad you liked it! I wasn't sure how you felt about using fanmade properties, like Power/Rangers or Power Rangers Unworthy, there's a small mention of the former in Zeo that I can remove if you don't want any of that.

I hope dealing with the various robot threats of Vengix/Evox/Machine Empire might be an interesting plotline for Dr Robotnic.

Also what's the deal with outerspace? Have we got in contact with aliens not in our solar system yet, or is it too early to tell?

Ah, well....

Fanmade stuff is not here. I even said that in the FIRST POST. So, I'll have to detract some Canonicity and Points.

2) Outer space is a mess. Earth is vaguely aware that stuff is happening but most of the action is between groups that ar4 already in space (Lilo and Stitch, Star Trek, Star Wars, Duck Dodgers, Martian DOOM Guy, and so on...)

I only had 1 thing about fanmade stuff, it's gone now. Please give me back my canonicity and points.

Ok.
+Re-Canonized. +200 Refund EXP.
Had to balance points.

Anyway, hope you write more Omakes. Maybe about SINGULAR characters now, rather than lists.
Ah OK I'll save my next two list ideas for later.

Can I write about a single faction? Aka, the
United Forces of Earth from Aldnoah.Zero? See what it's like for a literal world government to be transported where the world is divided again.

I'm sry I couldn't update the Goblin Slayer Sidestory. I'm getting my @$$ kicked by responsibilities. And I still got more responsibilities. Barely had time to just sit back and relax.
