2)That "United Thing" isn't here.
What do you mean? I know the world by default is ours circa 2020. I meant that foreign government officials/military folk who get transported in who are used to "One World Orders" like the United Earth from Futurama or the equivalent from the Expanse, might try to unify Earth countries to replicate that vibe.

But if you don't want that storyline in the quest, that's fine, I won't put it in.

Or are you saying you don't want the United Earth Forces from Aldnoah.Zero specifically?

1) there is no "United Earth Army" in general. Not from our world, not from other sources.
2)see part above.

So with this much Sci-fi technology just literally lying around there must be a large number of people using that tech to improve themselves or create a market for all that crazy stuff, how is the average, normal tech level of the planet right now.

And how the rimword stuff doing like (archotech, xenogene, psycasting, anomalies,…).

1) Still mostly normal. Remember, Notmal and Fictional Government are still trrying to keep any new tech under lock-and-key. Besides, not all Tech has been found and/or distributed. So, wjo knows: maybe some tech is exclusive to certain places and people (*cough* The Badniks, Robot Masters and whatnot *cough*)

I imagine as people start understanding the new normal, groups both real and fictional are going to start hunting down unattended super tech, like like MCU's Vulture.

Are all Video game characters walking around obviously full of pixels, or are next gen characters that try to be realistic (like Detroit: Become Human) able to pass for people?

IVO'S TERRITORY

This is the run-down of Ivo's Territory after Turn 1

ARMY
2 Squadroons of Basic (Movie) Badniks.
1 Mobile Lab.
1 Egg-Cycle.

ADVANTAGES / PROS
  • Easy access to the Pacific Ocean.
  • Easy access to North, Central and Southern California.
  • Possibility of finding major Hero Units and Objects.
  • Due to being relatively "under the radar", Ivo can get away with a lot of "less-than-legal" projects.

DISADVANTAGES / CONS
  • Ivo currently only owns his "house", garage and a Mobile Lab.
  • Ivo doesn't have a Naval Transport Vehicle, so he can't travel by sea yet.
  • Everytime a Badnik Platoon gets destroyed, Ivo has to rebuild them via Personal Actions.
  • Ivo has caused quite a scene when trying to start a business, so people in the city of San Francisco are - at the very least - aware that he exists. No authorities have been alerted , and Ivo is considered a Minor Loon, but if this gets out of hand....

Pixels, Lines of Codes and Somewhat-Human Components.

Just like the Literature Characters, you can just notice the pixels if you look WAAY TOO Close. Otherwise, they function like normal "flesh" human - unless stated otherwise.

How are characters who travel into fiction in their worlds (Inkheart, the Last Action Hero, Chalkzone) dealing with the new situation of discovering they themselves are fictional?

Is anyone providing therapy for these poor fictional beings, that isn't a Gotham supervillain!

They are searching for therapist. Unfortunately, there are fewer and fewer good therapist around.

And those 3 pieces of media aren't here.

1) So the Government still hold power at the moment uh, I thought with everything breaking and burning by the literal power of human imagination, the government around the doesn't had the man power for containing tech under lock-and-key.

2) A man that sad, but I can live with it.

All so how the psychic scene doing.

The Council of Death - Part 1
DEATH COUNCIL LORE - PART 1

Nightmare and Nightmarionne (Five Nights at Freddy's 4)

Nightmare. The dark, transparent bear of death. A ghost-animatronic-like figure who had to deal with 2 notable souls in his entire career: the Soul of the "Bite of '8X" Victim, and the soul of William Afton.

Nightmarionne. A similar dark, lanky sock puppet. They are the more "natural" Grim reaper, and aside from the souls of several missing children, they only had to deal with ONE Notable Soul: William Afton...

Once the "Event" happened, these two nightmarish animatronic reapers were aproached by other psychopomps. They were offered position on the Council, and accepted after their demand was met: that they were to be the only ones who dealt with the Afton's family.

Once the rest of the Council found out just how inhumane William Afton acted in life, they agreed to leave such a soul to the capable paws/tentacles of the two reapers.

In order to keep the soul in check, a missing children approached the reapers and offered their idea: an eternal torture, one in which the Purple Killer would have to face all of his crimes in the form of murderous animatronics some of them even being HIS own ex-servants or his past selves.

The two reapers agreed to this plan.

But, little did they know, that another semi-identical Afton was released once the "Merge" occured. An Afton - one so similar to the soul they Just Trapped - that was messing with the natural order of Life and Death.

These two animatronics are searching for this "double", but due to multiple realities converging - and their duties to the Council - they have not been able to find him. Nor have they been able to keep a tighter eye on the Soul they already collected....

ADDENDUM: Sometimes, these two reapers can be seen conversing with small beings who looks a lot like them, but stylized. What these chibi-fied versions of the Reapers do for their masters, no one knows...
