4)Big Boss is at work to make sure his nation doesn't explode. Also, he has to make sure no one steal HIS weaponry. Had to beat up most of Detroit's new Super Violent gangs, by himself, just to keep his own uniform on his person.

For those that don't know, Gotham and Metropolis appeared south of New York (Gotham is in New Hersey, which is technically south of New York).
Mass bombing happened to both of them. Luckily, since there are now real world people living there, death was undone. But the Live-action versions of those characters got massive PTSD from being blown to bits, only to be alive a couple of minutes later.

Actually, if the event did what I think it did. Money would quickly lose value do to overabundance. So, I think all he needs to really worry about is protection and the University requirement. I'm a roll on Dice Roller see what I get and go from there. Consider it rolls for Lucky Encounter and How well he does in that University.

In one of the earliest posts, it is explained that Economy is paradoxical. One day, you are a normal, 200$ a month worker. The next, you get a slight increase of 10$ , and are considered poor. The week after that, you drop to 150$ a month and are considered incredibly rich.
It is paradoxical for the fun of it.

If you exist in England, the Eastern USA, Northern China, Central Japan, European Russia or Florida; then you will just die.
I mean, look at that stuff: you are going to die if you are not A) A Fictional Being , or B) heavily harmed / in a city with a strong enough police force.
I am not going for a walk in England to get some milk, I am at risk of Voldemort, or the Weeping Angels, or Maleficent.

Just to clarify, you can live there.
But your life will be at an higher risk there, compared to everywhere else. You may live comfortably in New York, heck even get a job, but you have a 40% chance of being beaten by ninjas, demigods, mutants or terrorists every day.
