As a hypothetical, if in this universe something happens to stop the creation of a piece of fiction that exists in our world from existing in this one, would that fictional character still pop out?
Say Game Freak was shut down and stopped producing pokemon games, due to international pressure from creating little murder animals, does that mean the next generation of Pokemon never come to exist? Or because of economic upturn, the directors of smaller indie films can't get funding, so movies like Everything Everywhere All at Once aren't released in 2022, does that mean those characters don't come into this universe?
I could see some people trying to stop the production of fiction that might be dangerous aka stop producing horror movies or movies about overthrowing governments (looking at you Civil War 2024 film), or perhaps funding the production of fiction that help their interests, such as an almighty Nationalist team of supers, or a book about "an extremely sane scientist who happily shares safe nuclear fusion energy with the world and nothing bad happens, the end", for example.

Honestly, for them (the in-universe people) it would be an unexplainable nightmare.
For Us (Real World People), it's perfectly normal. Since we are not tethered down by Turns (that take months to release), we can see and experience more content.
TLDR: The Multifiction Universe will still receive new Content, whenever they want/like it or Not.

The Hunter looks at the marks in the ground, as he creeps in the bushes, head on a swivel. He knew he was close to his target, after days of searching he finally found traces of what he was looking for.
"Electric Eel remains." The Hunter muttered. "It seems those locals were not lying about the prey's diet. I almost feel bad for spending the ammunition on them." He rechecks his elephant gun. "Almost."
He swiftly turned to see the target in sight, resting on a tree branch. With the build of a male human athlethe, but it's wild green skin and orange hair showed how monstrous it truly was.
It's even more perfect in person. Sensing the opportunity, The Hunter lined up the shot, took a soft breath, before firing at the creature. It was the perfect shot-it was on target!
But the green figure was not as asleep as it pretended, leaping off the branch just before it exploded into tinder, landing ready to battle.
"Blast it!" The hunter shouts, before smirking villainously. "Now we can have a proper hunt!" He stood up and fired again, causing the prey to backflip away.
"You miserable coward! Come back and face me, like a man!" The Hunter laughed at the fleeing creature. "The rules are the same in every world-be the Hunter or be the Hunted!"
He blew on a hunting horn at his side, summoning a pair of black mastifs from the other side of the creature, menacing it to stop it's fleeing. Penned in from both sides, the creature grimaced and flexed it's muscles, before erupting an aura of electricity!
"Marvelous!" The Hunter exclaimed, even as his dogs lay paralyzed from the attack. "You will make a fine pelt on my wall indeed!" The Hunter drew out a new weapon, a strange purple sphere with an eye on it.
The green creature blasted electricity towards the Hunter, but he had already thrown the ball, which shimmered in light before a new creature materialized-a yellow rodent wearing a deerstalker and a blue patch with a star on it's chest.
"Pika Pika! Pika Pi? Pika Pika Pikachu! [Where the heck am I? How did I end up in the jungle? Why am I a Pikachu again?]" The Rat asked, before suddenly jumping in fear as the lighting headed straight towards it. The Rat ran away, but the lightning followed it, striking it's tail like a Lightning Rod. "Pikaaa! [That stung!]"
"I knew it was a good idea to bring this Rat along. Your electrical attacks can't strike me thanks to this creature's ability." He raised his gun at the green prey. "Now die!" He fired several more shots at Blanka, who ducked and dodged best it could. Meanwhile, each time the Rat tried to get away, the strange sphere chased after it, sucking it in before spitting it out in front of Blanka's next attack.
"Pika pika chuuu! [I'm so sorry, I don't mean to fight you!]" The Rat apologized to the green creature, who nodded back. "Pika Pi? [Wait you can understand me?]" The creature nodded. "Pika pika pikachu! [Great, then listen up cause I have a plan!]"
"Stop squeaking or the next round is going into you, you fat jaundiced rodent!" The Hunter threathened as he reloaded his round. Suddenly the green creature grabbed the Rat, before throwing him straight into the sky like a ball. The eye sphere began to shoot off after it, but the green creature leapt off after the sphere can crushed it in his hands.
"Wait, hold just 1 second..." The Hunter began before seeing the flung rodent glowing with electricity as it hurtled down towards him like a comet. "Blast."
"PIKACHUUUUUU! [THUNDERBOLT!]" With a strike of lighting the Hunter was electrocuted into dust.
The two lighting using creatures turned to each other and high fived.
"[Thanks for the help. I'm Harry Goodman by the way.]" The Rodent spoke.
"I'm Jimmy." The green creature responded slowly.
"[Nice to meet you Jimmy. Now I need to find out where I am, so I can find my son Tim.]"
"I'm lost too." Jimmy responded. "I can't find my friend Dan." Jimmy said sadly.
"[Well Jimmy, I think I can help you there. You see,]" Harry adjusts his hat. "[I'm something of a detective."]
Epilogue
Van Pelt Lodge, undisclosed Jungle
The Hunter awoke with a start in his bed, rubbing his head.
"Glad to see I'm still essential, even outside Jumanji." The Hunter noted at his ressurection. "Now I'm famished. MONKEY! Bring me some zebra cuts!" He shouted for his monkey butler.
"I'm sorry but your butler is currently preocupied in the living room with us." A russian voice responded, causing the Hunter to jump out of his bed, grabbing his gun and hurrying outside.
There he could see two men, one the Russian dressed in a Lion skin vest, while the other was a similar English Great game hunter riding a giant chameleon with a tail wrapped around the Hunter's monkey butler.
"Who are you? How dare you come into the home of Van Pelt!"
"We mean you no harm. We are fellow hunters in this strange world." The Russian noted softly. "And we would like to discuss making an alliance to hunt the most dangerous of games."
Genious idea having the KH Clayton here. Since he Died in KH1 - and KH! Deep Jungle never reappeared in the series -, it would make sense that, if he were to come back, it wouldn't be in the Kingdom Hearts part of the Universe.
Little note, but only the Stealth Sneak is with KH!Clayton. No other Heartless, no Nobodies.

Ooh we can do fun things with those places. Once August 2021 comes around, the Ordeal webtoon is going to revolutionize Trinidad into a (literal) superpower, but I'll think about the rest of the Caribbean for now. As well as the rest of the countries listed, I'll work on some stuff.
