While we are at the mechanics...
Technically speaking, does our Thermal Sense make us immune to Burn, Melt and Freeze?
(Because if it does, maybe that should be noted under the Ability)
If the burn/freeze is hot/cold enough to overwhelm your Thermal Control (Not sure why you keep using Sense there?) then it will apply for at least one turn. While we are at the mechanics...

You aren't immune to temperature, but your body, even without Thermal Control, really could give less of a shit about hot or cold.
You have yet to say anything to this.
I also thought about your argument some more... and realised that while I had the most optimistic view on it, you adopted the most pessimistic.
It is as likely for nothing in particular to happen; maybe people would just take it as a habit for Magical Girls to recount their phrase when meeting a worthy opponent or something like that.
@Sinarblood, about the calling the air support: Air-Air missiles are either radar-guided or infrared guided. Why not ask the air support to be with an infrared loadout and try to tag the bird with fire and heat if it tries to run away and make it basically unmissable
Eh, I would not usually be so paranoid but dragonI am also a little surprised that you are this paranoid when I am slowly getting over my own.
edit: Opps did I respond to a post that was deleted? What do I do in this case, should I delete this post? XD
~Exponential Leveling~No objections, this looks good.
To fill some more space however, let me do some calculations just for fun.
With its current growth and without counting Milestones, Infinity Edge will have 512 damage at Level 15, as well as a MM of roughly 200.
Taking Crush into account, we would be in a range of
~513-700 x 3 = ~1,539-2,100
damage per hit, with five attacks per turn. If we spend one turn just attacking, this would end up with ~7,695-10,500 damage.
Ouch. We are slowly moving to the big numbers, considering this does not take any Milestones or buffs we find into account.
Edit: Please ignore how I just managed to forget that our MM would be quite a bit lower than what I expected it to be.
Actually, I remembered that.By the way, another two things.
First, you kind of forgot our weekly news from Samantha.
Second, I think we are starting to create a pretty good reputation for ourselves.
I mean, think about it. What did people see of us so far?
We showed up -basically- out of nowhere, brought in by Morgan who is well-known and well-liked. Once Karen and Cerys had an agreement, we started catching up on our education and spent a lot of our free time training either our body or our magic.
Some muckups (curse you, Plasma Sphere) aside, we showed that we have access to mighty powerful magic and can (?) use it properly.
Now we are fighting down some of the biggest and the baddest things living on Earth, with more time spent going there than actual battle.
All of this while being thirteen.
Most people do not see much of Cerys from day to day, but they do know she is there and working hard on getting stronger. They also know she has a little Una tagging along, who has no magic and can barely defend herself; basically anyone would excuse some antisocial or wary behaviour with that in mind, so us staying to ourselves will not have any harmful negative consequences.
But the one thing that probably actually turned our reputation upwards was actually pretty small. One vote, one line, five hundred words at most.
Without even hesitating, Cerys agreed to help out another group for no real reason. No one would have blamed her for leaving others to their own tasks, but she did it anyway. Without playing it up or expecting someone to thank her; go in, help out, leave.
It shows everyone that even when she does not talk to many people or socialises, she does care. At least this is how I see it.
Something like that.Which brings me to another question.
Seeing that our growth has already increased due to other means... if we raise our Growth-Affinity, how is this done?
Does every Spell/Ability/whatever get +.1 on its growth multiplier?
Or do only get those that are still below that Affinity's base multiplier an upgrade?
For example, Infinity Edge now scales by x1.3 per level; x1.3 is the baseline of Myth, though.
Upon turning Story into Myth, would the sword then be upgraded to x1.4 or stay at x1.3?
...
...
Why am I thinking back to the whole Humanities response to a major demon army showing up be at this moment?
that will take some digging but....
Absolute worst case?
>Power Level
Don't you even get started with this
Also, you are literally arguing with the Creator of the background on how his mechanics work.
I think the response to that is nukes.
Which I don't think the Demons don't know about yet.
You think that stops people on the site?
I mean, it's not a game over, but it's a shits fucked boyo
*Suppressing URGE to make it happen anyway*
it would be awesome
It should be noted that Humanity hasn't had WW3 yet.
Which means humanity still has thousands of Nukes.
It would be interesting.
One member of the Light rolled a Nat100 and Russia also rolled a Nat100 for their economy.
Apart from that it's been pretty meh rolls. It averages out to 40-ish when I remove the 100's
I mean here.Would we get an Affinity rank-up from defeating that?
Anyway, for a somewhat more serious question because I have the feeling it might be important... how good is Daiyu's English?
