I still can't believe that immediately after we get a ship outside to start exploring, the first thing people want to do is have it turn around and come home.

Given that ships take noticable attrition in the Warp, rotating them in and out isn't actually that unwise. Don't want them to get stranded with a damaged Warp Drive because the Booug got too bad.

It's probably a good idea to build another explorer so that we can cycle them in and out of drydock and have one be always out exploring.

Basically at any one time one is in drydock repairing snd upgrading, one is exploring the Tekket system, and one is out exploring beyond. Rotating as the outsystem exploration ship accumulates damage.

This is just modifying
[X] Plan: Ready the Fleet
to include an option i feel is being slept on. That will hopefully eventually lead to us setting the rest of the solar system, without having to build pioneer ships. If not we will just have to build the ships anyway since we DO want to settle at least 3 other planets in out solar system.

Or build more ships. The Endeavour, the Accomplishment, and the "Turtles are asleep, built fleet to explore"
 
Wait. We can settle on other planets in our Solar system?! I thought they were too hostile for our current technology, why haven't we already done this?!

Also, what dice was rolled for the Quartzbug that an eleven was good? A D20?

Also trying out making my own plan by very obviously changing someone else's. The idea of delaying actions in order to finish more next turn sounds nice. It's been a while since we did anything to get more Network, and It'd like to do Orbital Arrays next turn, and so I put Astroid Harvesting down to 10/20. Similar logic for everything else. It might be a bad idea to pop off Lunar Cabals until we get better security or ways to calm down the wild life too. Otherwise... Autoturrets.
