Normally I'd give more forewarning, but in all honesty, this vote isn't even close to being a contest. The voting is now closed.

My and a couple other votes were just a touch different, asking for some subtlety.

As an aside, I just realized that there's an excellent way to explain Infernal vs Solar/Lunar/etc Excellencies.

Solar or Lunar excellencies care about what you're doing, i.e: in what manner or with what skill. Infernal excellencies care about how and why you're doing what you're doing.

As an example, we'll take the fact that nearly all of the Yozis can enhance the same action, though for different reasons. As an example, we will use going streaking.

Malfeas can and would enhance this action because it is a grand and brazen display of majesty. Malfeas-streaking: "BEHOLD! ALL MUST LOOK UPON MY GLORY AND TREMBLE WITH FEAR AND DESIRE!"

Cecelyne can and would enhance this action if it was part of an attempt to gain control of another, or if it contributed to her long term plans. Cecelyne-streaking: "Yes, now sign on the dotted line. Yes. Aaand done. Aand off go my panties. A deal's a deal, after all~."

She Who Lives in Her Name can and would enhance this action if it was the most efficient possible response to the situation. SWLiHN-streaking: "If discretion required for others and outsiders require distracting and outsiders equal hormonal male individuals then nudity is required. Will use own body to draw attention and prevent discovery of others. Only logical solution."

Adorjan can and would enhance this action for the sheer chaos it could cause. Or to tempt others into letting go of other attachments. Or if she thought it'd help or hurt the target of her infatuation. Adorjan-streaking: "Mmmm~! Senpai! Come on~! We're going streaking! But shhh...quiiieet. If we run fast enough, no one will know it was us~. You know it'd be fuuuuun."

The Ebon Dragon can and would enhance this action because public indecency is against the law. And for the shock value. Or if hiding in a crowd of streakers kept him out of trouble. Or if it was a way to tempt others into transgression. Teddie-streaking: "Fuck you and your, 'It's indecent! It's immoral.' Fuck that. You don't get to tell me what to wear! Now come on. Eeeeveryone's doing it."

Kimbery can and would enhance this action for the sheer shock value of it. Or if a beloved character convinced her to. Or if it made a reviled character suffer. Kimbery-streaking: "Of course I'll go streaking with you, darling. Just let me go get that bucket of old period blood I have in the back. No point making a statement if you aren't making a proper splash with it. And you, you treacherous little slut, are going to be running right in the front. Or else."

Isidoros
can would enhance this action because he wanted to. Pretty sure he's always streaking anyway, so...Isidoros-streaking: "I want to go streaking. NOTHING can stop me."

Hegra can and would enhance this action because it seemed like a trip. Or because she felt like it.
Hegra-streaking: "Like, this is soooo trippy!"

[To be edited with more Yozis as I finish the rationales.]
A little fun fact for you, malfeas canonically doesn't wear any clothes in his human form, so he's always streaking all the time.
Because "NO MERE ROBES ARE WORTHY OF HIS MAJESTY" or something.
Also, Isi doesn't wear clothes for the same reasons. And he's always stomping around in a physical form. The world gets no reprieve.

Isidoros would be a combination of Ebon Dragon and Malfeas I would bet.

Isidoros to the Ebon Dragon: "Let's make a race out of it. First one to the other side of the neighborhood wins. I'll take the road on the left though. Interfere at your own risk."

Edited it to add Doro and Heggy.

Elloge would do it if it sounded like a good story.

Oramus is not a person. The logic of clothing does not apply to him.

Sacheverell wouldn't because sacheverell's charms range from "Shh, don't wake me up" to "OH SHIT YOU WOKE ME UP EVERYTHING IS MINE TO DETERMINE."

Metagaos would...because snacks?

also: Hegra voice is a pain in the ass. If I decide to do it again, please slap me.

Yes, but which version of it?

also pfft at all the streaking

More Yozis! Since our illustrious QM decided to tackle Adorjan I'll just focus on Kimbery.

Kimbery
The Great Mother is endlessly giving and too often forgiving, a self-defined victim of endless betrayal. She holds others to impossibly high standards, but thinks she is fair. Secrets are among the greatest purviews of her depths, particularly shameful truths and those kept with force and guile. Though her patronage and kindness are real, spurning her incites fury that drowns all opposition in her corrosive touch. Kimbery hides ugliness beyond imagining beneath playful waves of beauty, charm and poise.

The Great Mother rejects the immediacy of brute force violence in favor of poison, acid, bleeding, curses, disease and other tactics that perpetuate spiteful suffering without further effort. Her social tricks follow the same logic, stirring undercurrents of distrust and dissent beneath the polite surface of society until the entire organization dissolves. Some Yozis call Kimbery lazy and cowardly for striking once and holding back while afflicted victims weaken, but she considers this elegant practicality.

Everything she does harms someone or sets them up to suffer worse in the future, but she is capable of martyring herself to be the one in pain. Because her depths hold no lasting generosity, she demands payment proportional to her sacrifice. Whether beneficiaries ask for her gifts or not doesn't matter, but she gleefully tortures those who insult her by refusing her largesse. Those who cannot pay her back conventionally pay with screams.

She takes great pride in brokering deals, offering the just and true their darkest desires so that she may see them brought low. She considers herself to be the ultimate trafficker, moving everything from worlds to secrets, with a discerning eye for an advantageous bargain. She has a talent for temptation, using secret lusts against her enemies as a rook into further disfigurement.

That Kimbery takes pleasure in the agonies of subordinates is her worst-kept secret, but she sacrifices this joy to avoid wasting what is hers. She shows no restraint in tormenting enemies, punishing them for actual transgressions and venting her bottled-up fury toward all who escape punishment. The Sea That Marched Against the Flame loves to warp herself and others into new shapes as useful as they are uncomfortable, imagining herself a great artist. She may be right, but even her siblings find her aesthetics bizarre and vile.

Kimbery's Excellency aids actions that create disturbing art in any media, whether conventional paintings and sculptures or artful blood spatters on a wall. Appropriate stunts can make almost anything into vile art. Her power helps keep secrets by any means necessary. This Charm assists all actions to cause delayed or ongoing harm. Purely immediate harm falls outside Kimbery's purview unless punishing someone who has benefited from her help or betrayed her love. She may also impose harm for the sadistic joy of doing so rather than expediency or necessity.
So as we can see here Kimbery is a big ol' ball of fun. She's genuine in her kindness but god have mercy on you should you earn her ire because Kimbery certainly won't. Those who have her love and trust are Beloved. Those that betray that trust are Reviled beyond measure. Here's the stuff I think folks might be interested in:

  • Kimbery Mythos Exultant: This handy little charm lets us heal whenever we stunt, which should be often. Works wonders when combined with the Malfean soak charms. Requires the 1st Kimbery Excellency.
  • Mother Sea Mastery: makes us good at doing stuff in the water like fishing, swimming, holding our breath, etc. Doesn't add successes to attacks, but it does let us do impossible shit like firing bows underwater.
    • Spiteful Sea Tincture: we can coat Beloved objects (or ourselves) with a really nasty contact poison. Since we're Essence 3 we can do this with just our eyes, although the object still needs to be in Touch range. Multiple applications stack and get released all at once which means a real bad time for whoever gets hit by, say, ten applications of the stuff. Buying the charm again basically lets us enchant something into a poison weapon that delivers a dose whenever it gets touched.
      • Sea Within Veins Prana: if people cause us to bleed (so attacks with Lethal weapons or Bashing damage that wraps around) they get a prize; the prize is poison in a 2 yard radius. Also our blood is so toxic it kills all mundane sicknesses. Can be repuchased which makes our blood highly caustic, which not only gives another surprise to melee attackers but also degrades and destroys their weapons.
      • Great Mother's Tears: can be bought multiple times to gain a number of effects such as...once we've been moderately wounded we become immune to damage from Poison. Or turning the poison from SST into something that will never kill the victim and/or forgo the penalty portion of the poison so the victim doesn't realize how fucked they are. Or making SST's poison so that it doesn't do damage but instead twists a positive intimacy into a negative one. Or make SST's poison cause aquatic-themed mutations (good and/or bad).
      • Ichor Flux Tendrils: Tentacles! Yay! Aren't clingy naughty tentacles by default but a repurchase solves that.

  • Mother Sea Mastery
    • Tidal Renewal Discipline: staying submerged is more restful than sleeping. Can get the full benefits of 8 hours sleep in just 5 hours while under water.
      • Sea Dissolves Herself: lets us turn unwanted Shaping effects into positive aquatic-themed mutations. While submerged in the sea we can remove those (and only those, until we hit Essence 4) mutations. Also lets us painfully strip mutations from others.
      • What Lurks Beneath: Summon bigger fish, The Charm. May not work since it requires touching a sea in Creation or the Wyld. A second purchase lets you summon aquatic Demons of the First Circle. A third purchase at Essence 5 lets you summon kaiju although you might have a bit of trouble controlling your pet Gojira.
      • Fathomless Poison Haven: lets us protect ourselves or Beloved thing/person/structure, making them immune to physical harm from immersion or exposure to any liquid. So yes, you can now breathe and swim in lava. It also makes them immune to nonmagical (and magical too with a second purchase) Poison, although the first time they avoid getting hurt by a poison it causes Taylor to grow more bitter towards an individual/group that wronged her in the past week.
      • Acrid Slipstream Assist: lets our Beloved vehicle/mount/surfboard go faster. Meh.

  • Intolerable Burning Truths: sears a truth onto our soul, gaining some mandatory and forbidden behavior depending on what truth is picked. You can spend Willpower to ignore the charm's Compulsion for a day so it's not irrevocable, just expensive. Mother Before Daughter means we can't knowingly betray Beloved characters (and their descendants) and get bonuses to finding them. Trust is Naive makes it very easy to start positive relationships with new people and we never believe anything bad about them. Hate Springs Eternal means we will never knowingly help a Reviled character unless we think our life depends on it (so it should be Endbringer battle-OK), and let's us build a great book of grudges a mile wide; having lots of Reviled intimacies gives later charms bonuses.
    • Rising Tide Ascension: an extra 10 mote pool that regains 1m/hr as long as we're in Brockton Bay or within a mile of any sea. Free motes, basically.
    • All Things Betray: surprise negator, lets us make unexpected attacks expected (does not work vs Beloved characters). Also lets us react quicker to the initiation of hostilities. This charm has the downside of making it harder for us to trust people as we rightfully expect betrayal, making it cost 1 Willpower to build positive intimacies.
    • Retributive Tsunami Force: magic flurry that can hit either multiple targets once or a single Reviled target multiple times.
    • Bitter Heart Unending: lets us add [# of negative intimacies] to our dodge DV or dodge MDV against a single attack. This has no upper limit which is why Hate Springs Eternal is so clutch. Alternatively, it can be used in Step 7 to add to our soak to make it harder for attacks that get through to actually hurt us. A second purchase lets us reduce raw and final damage to zero for a slightly greater mote cost.

===> All-Devouring Depths Shintai: we turn into supertough green and black ichor. We can flow through any crack that isn't air-tight. Fire, lightning, directed Essence attacks, and weapons dipped in oil and lit aflame hurt us normally but everything else can't do more than a single level of damage per hit. It also gives us the effects of a lot of the prerequisite charms for free. Just touching our form exposes them to all the wonderful effects of our caustic, toxic blood. We can also give ourselves free mutations, meaning the giant acidic blob of tentacles just keeps on getting bigger and bigger. Also, to the surprise of absolutely no one, people won't recognize the giant acid tentacle blob as being Taylor.

Forgot nothing, I left them out because I figured people wouldn't want the stuff that forces us to chose the Path to Maximum Suffering and never forgive anyone that got on our bad side.

And the charm that potentially permits us to commit grand theft Endbringer at higher Essence.

Yep. But it compensates by having the range advantage cease to be an advantage regarding you, as dodging ranged attacks becomes trivially easy. Ranged attacks from mortal extras don't cost anything to perfect away at that point.

Oh I am well aware. I played a Defiler favoring Adorjan once.
Just that I encountered the issue that while it enhances your average response ability, it's really XP intensive to build competencies on each side. Mind Hand Manipulation is not the best weapon when you're working at Adorjan's range, since while it's a GREAT medium/mixed range weapon, it's a poor close range weapon.

How's that possible?
Entity precog uses their advanced processing power to make predictions. So, something that's a complete OCP wouldn't show up in their predictions.

Fanon again. Wildbow had clarified this on WoGs before, Entity precognition comes in many flavors:
-There's assembling available information and extrapolating. This is cheap, and easily scaled down. You can achieve functionally perfect short term predictions by gathering only very local data, as 'noise' is irrelevant. This is Fate based precog in Exalted. You can still use it locally even if Outside Fate, but reliabilty and cost goes to hell

-There's actually looking ahead using temporal anomalies. This is what PtV does. It's perfect and accurate. It's also insanely costly to run, Scion running one shot of this costs as much power as YEARS of normal combat operation. This is the Maidens/Sacheverell at work.

Whoops. I misread. But yes. In the scheme of Hilariously Awesome Yet Terrible Ideas: the fact that the charm would let you summon Leviathan on command is pretty far up there.

I'm going to just copy the formatting of the first of these for this, because I believe it should be available to people.

Szoreny
The Silver Forest is patient and determined. He moves slowly, but inexorably towards his goal, like a tree root splitting a stone. He opposes sudden action unless it is necessary, instead preferring to work subtly. He plans far in advance and plans for every contingency. He turns seeming failures into successes.
Being less than infinite, Szoreny expands his influence, growing greater with each passing day and stubbornly refusing to give way to any. He is verdant and full of life. Where the other Yozis ignore or mistreat their lesser progeny, the Silver Forest is relatively benevolent, providing succor to those beneath him. However, he values conformity and seeks to impose his values on others.
The Silver Forest prefers to work by misdirection. He seeks to confuse his enemies and attacks unexpectedly. He poisons his foes, either physically or by slowly cutting off their social and mental resources. Where possible, others do his dirty work for him
Additionally, Szoreny's Excellency may always be used to enhance any Larceny action to create a disguise. Szoreny's chromed branches easily reflect the images of others.

Silver Gardener Spirit: We regain power by spying on other people, gaining influence over them, or planning ahead. Thus, when in downtime and doing long-term things to subvert our enemies, we get back power spent on doing so.
=> Seeds of Victory Prana: We can decide on a long-term goal we want to work towards, and whenever we fail any short term action that would help that goal, we become better at the next thing that advances that same goal, and the bonuses from each failure stack until we succeed. A single attack counts as one action, which means every time we miss someone we've made a goal to defeat, we become more accurate until we finally hit them.

Thousand Words Picture: encode a message or argument into a picture, which is automatically understood by everyone who so much as glances at it, getting across a half hour lecture or multiple-point debate instantly. Moreover, we can choose what groups recognize it, so we can make graffiti that has secret messages that are automatically understood by those we want without having ever taught them. This can be something as broad as
"non-gang members".
=> Mirrored Meaning Confusion: We choose a person, and for the next several days, whenever they try to compliment someone it comes out as an insult, and they sound like they're supporting what they're trying to argue against.

Mirror Matches Movement: It is no harder to get every detail of a specific person's body and behavior correct than it is to make yourself look and act like a generic person who isn't you. If we want to dress up as Lisa now that we've seen her once, we can do so as easily as we could make ourselves look like a random uninteresting woman on the street, and can maintain her exact personality with no more difficulty than it takes to make sure nothing specifically recognizable as Taylor slips through.
=> Meeting Mirror Deflection: Ever played Ocarina of Time? This is Dark Link blocking your sword. Except it's also shooting your bullets out of thin air, or any other method of attacking you can think of.
==> Mirror-Strike Counter: As above, only now the attack that's blocking the original isn't blocked by the original, and has every boost that was put on it.
=> Shifting Quicksilver Visage: Loom Snarling Deception, but it only costs a single mote in exchange for not interfering with Thinker powers.
==>Impossible Form Duplication: Our disguises no longer have to be the same general size or even living beings. We can look like a rock, or a tree, or a five year old, or Blob.

==>Mirror-Hall Misdirection: Mirror Image. Dungeons and Dragons Mirror Image, with full effectiveness. I probably don't need to say any more.
===>Shattered Mirror Defense: Activate the above reflexively and get free movement from the original location.
===>Same Sword Reflection: If your attack hits, it does damage multiple times.
===>Tree Amidst Forest Camouflage: when someone isn't sure where you are, and they're trying to find you in a crowd, it's like looking for a needle in a haystack. With this Charm, it's now like looking for a specific needle in a pile of needles.
====>Lost in Reflection: Illusions obstruct the senses of the target, and they will always wander back to where they were when it was put on them within an hour of leaving unless they manage to see through the illusion. Moreover, it's contagious and affects anyone who tries to help.
====>Mirror-Maze Navigation: Locate Object and Locate Person. You know the distance and direction from where you are to where whatever you want is. It works perfectly unless something supernatural is hiding it.

===>Freed From the Mirror: Take something's reflection, and turn it into a real object. It no longer has a reflection.
====>Wake the Mirror: Take someone's reflection, and turn it into a real person. They no longer have a reflection.
=====>Thousand Reflections Legion: Make at least two hundred copies of yourself, who have no powers and can only act as a single group under your direct leadership. They do still have all your equipment, though.
=====>One Tree Forest: There are two of you now. They both have all your powers, share all memories and senses, and if either one dies, the other can reactivate this power. The only issue is that they draw from the same pool of energy for their powers, and if a Charm requires power to use on yourself, they have to pay separately.

Quicksilver Sap Transfusion: Our blood is poison now. It stays poisonous for several days after leaving our body.
=> Unyielding Argent Bark: We gain two health levels. That's it, really.
=>Subtle Poison Style: Instead of taking affect instantly, our poison has a delayed activation from internalization. This can be anything we like, and we can change it at any time.
==>Haunting Hallucination Infliction: We can inflict hallucinations with our blood that get across arguments we want the target to hear. Unlike with Thousand Words Picture, though, since the victim tailors it to themselves as their mind interprets the basic idea into vivid imagery, it's impossible to ignore or argue against without powers.
=>Silver Sworn Bond: We can create a direct connection to beings as they drink our blood. Animals and Demons become our Familiars, while people find it much harder to ignore our influence.
==>Eyes Like Mirrors Oversight: We can see out of the eyes of anyone we've made more like us or forged a bond with.
=>New Growth Meditation: We heal faster. Multiple times faster. Still not enough to be combat relevant, but if we get something that does give us constant combat time regen, it would be multiplied by this as well.
==>Broken Mirror Mending: We can heal from anything short of death now, even amputation. It takes four weeks to regrow a limb, but that's before the multiplied healing speed.
=>Transcendent Toxin Internalization: We're completely immune to all effects from all poisons. Can be bought again to become immune to any mundane disease and much more resistant to magical ones.
==>Bitter Medicine: We can temporarily give the previous three Charms to people who drink our blood if we know them.

Rooted in Reality: We can't be changed. Amy might be able to scan us, but any modifications would fail. Fairly weak on its own...
=>Silver Branch Shelter: ...but with this it applies to everything within ten yards of us, which means Shaker powers fail entirely, you can't teleport into there, Lung and Crawler would stop growing if they were completely encased in it, and so on. Moreover, we can choose to exclude certain objects or people, so they can be affected.
==>Mirrored Intentions: We make an argument for something we believe in. This can be to inspire a feeling we have, or remove one we don't. If we do well enough mundanely to make the target consider it, the magic makes them convert to it utterly. If we managed to convince a member of the E88 that non-aryan people aren't always, inherently, in all ways, worse than arayns with a mundane argument? This would stop them from being racist entirely.
===>In the Master's Image: This can only be used on creatures currently affected by Bitter Medicine, Silver Branch Shelter, Mirrored Intentions, Sworn Silver Bond, or a previous use of this Charm. When we use this, the target becomes more like us. We can target Attributes, Abilities, Virtues, or Willpower, and the targets' rating in whatever we chose will shift one dot closer to ours. We can also impose our Mutations and make them look like the tall, thin, insectoid being we are now, or take away one they have and we don't, making Case 53's look more human.
...And then there's Charms to make illusions in our shelter, make them endure after we leave, and make them into fragile but solid objects. We can also drive people insane, restore them to Sanity, and break Master Effects. This should be enough of the charms in detail to showcase the set, though.

the sea keyword would be active in pretty much all of the bay, at the very least it would be a little foolish not to pick up RTA for the extra motes .
What she meant is that the only bits of Intolerable Burning Truths that matter are the ones we buy. Since players are extremely unlikely to pick up the ones I left out they are irrelevant.
