Maybe this should have been a priority voting. The throwaway unimportant question "Any low-hanging fruit on the King-Selection plane?" is the second in lead.
edit:
Jade: Any low-hanging fruit on the King-Selection plane?
Neph: Yes. *disconnects*
Neph has been very open with her answers so far so we don't need to lawyer questions here. The question here implies talking tips on where to go or what to do to get those low-hanging fruit.
Just because they get in the way of Unison doesn't make it the main point. Agneyasta did seem to be looking for any excuse to avoid Unison and I don't think that'll change.
If that's the case (which I don't think it is), we would get an answer as to why she is looking for an excuse and what we can do about it. Which would still get us Unison.
I strongly disagree, Unison isn't even the main point, for me I just want to understand Djinn abilities. We've gone almost six months with the only thing we've gotten from the KS plane being materials and mana, despite beating two of the main plot devices and cheesing a third.

Given the intent of the votes are very similar but with different emphases, I suspect the votes might end up being combined, or Neph will realize the intent and answer whatever aspect would be more useful. Something along the lines of:
[ ] Any advice for understanding Agneyastra's Djinn capabilities, so we can safely use Unison? Who to talk to/where to go.
If finding an expert on Djinns will lead to better futures, Neph will point us in that direction. If there's a more effective means for achieving Unison, then she'll direct us that way instead.

You're currently on a trip to the king-selection plane so you can give her access to mana-based magic as well. Agneyastra seems to have gotten everything she needs for that part, but everything she needs isn't everything Nanoha should have.
Neph seems to have ideas on making Nanoha a better mana mage, so we should ask her before the gift transfer:
[] Anything to add on giving Nanoha mana-based magic?
Might actually be a nice question to lead with:
- we care about Nanoha
- we're on a deadline, so we're under time pressure
- once part of Nanoha's soul, the gift is hard to modify
All that should make the matter quite urgent, perfect to awaken Neph.

Spending a question on the Black/Green effect seems like a waste, given how it's right in front of us and not an immediate threat. (Neph would have warned us if it was.) It's interesting, but not in a "ask the nigh-omniscient precog" kind of way. Not when there are harder to answer, more critical questions to ask instead.
We have a very rough idea of what to expect from the recent update to the character sheet. Disease registers as Black/Green (Green=Life & Black=Parasitism, thus Black/Green = Parasitic Life), so at a guess we're looking at a particularly nasty, possibly magical disease or parasite:
Even most magical things don't just emit mana like that. This thing is generating and radiating usable mana. And it's not clear if the spell Neph's using is going to target whatever's doing that. I'm not sure I want to take that risk, for something that could possibly get us a Vessel with mana generation.
I care far more about Unison than Djinn powers:
- Faster calculations for LC magic
- Agneyastra's skill and repertoire + SSS rank LC
- additional RRRRWW (e.g. for summoning)
I am not comfortable attempting Unison until you are much more skilled with Linker Core magic and we have a backup vessel prepared for you. I am not sure how the acquired djinn abilities have altered Unison, and as such, the process is almost certainly much more dangerous than it should be."
"I would be much more comfortable if I knew how 'Kings' on the relevant plane merged with their subordinate djinn. Once I have a better understanding of the process, I may be willing to try Unison without extreme safety precautions."
Agneyastra needs data on djinn equip to make sure Unison doesn't go wrong. That's not "looking for any excuse to avoid Unison", safety is a valid concern.
Due to two "[] Vebyast" votes, the djinn/Unison vote is now split 4/4/2/1/1 instead of 7/1/2/1/1... the power of delegation at work.
I wouldn't be surprised if this turns out to be another "@Alivaril interprets the votes by intent" vote. In that case, I think that the important part is that we ask about either Unison or Djinn powers. Yes?
Agneyastra needs data on djinn equip to make sure Unison doesn't go wrong. That's not "looking for any excuse to avoid Unison", safety is a valid concern.
Hmm. Now that I look at @SynchronizedWritersBlock more closely, I think that I misinterpreted him again with my latest vote - it looks like he'd also be okay with information like "How to get Djinn powers as a cut-rate Unison Mode for Mitra"?
I'm not sure where I come down on that choice. Hrm.
I'm not sure we should waste thee question on djinn equip. Far easier to just find someone with djinn equip, then pay them an exuberant amount of money (or provide some service), and observe said equip. We need to ask questions that can't be obtained within reasonable amount of time barring bizarre luck - locations of ruins we wouldn't otherwise know about, names of people we won't think to meet, key pieces of information that open up large fields of data.
This is why I am asking about MGLN plane - it's just too big to search conventionally. And if we get locations of Agni selecting artifacts, we can get to them relatively quickly.

I suspect that that's covered by the question about low-hanging fruit?
I don't think that we're spending three questions on Djinn equip, either - almost every plan seems to agree that we ask one question about Djinn in general, Djinn equip, or Unison mode, and then one question about helping Mitra and an open-ended "is there anything particularly useful we can grab".

Questions about MGLN won't be relevant until later, and while R9 isn't quite spammable, flying around with the Stalker to gather Red should let us invoke Neph surprisingly often.

I am fairly sure that there'll be issues with invoking Neph too often. I expect them to do with divinity - Neph stated that she seems to be an aspect of our eventual divine self, and I expect that invoking her while not having ascended to said divine self might be at the very least unbalancing, and likely straining, if not potentially damaging, to our soul.
It's supposed to be something we learn to do in a few months anyway. Neph would have commented on about damage when she was surprised by it, not merely that we were ahead of schedule. In any event, damage is the kind of thing Alivaril would warn us about.
Additionally, soul damage due to overstress appears to be a surprisingly minor - Overchanneling and Summoning Sickness both take about a day to heal.
edit: A more likely downside is Alivaril going "Hold on, you weren't supposed to get the entire instruction manual" and Neph not being able to hand out really good answers because she can't pick critical hits out of her statistical model.

Neph isn't from the future, she merely has the foresight-granted memories. She knows what being a goddess is like, but until we ascend, present-Neph doesn't qualify either.
My suspicion for the main limiter on channeling Neph is that "it'd also last much less time if she wasn't already lucid."
Unless we have something urgent, the channel will break down quickly.
@Alivaril: Agneyastra has LC magic soul scans and RW mana sense, but how does she compensate for being blind to the other three colors? Does it hamper her research on improving the mage gift? Would Share Input from Jade help?

I didn't nerf Agneyastra, did I? No, the self-correcting / balancing measure here is that (time-saver) the cost goes up by one with each non-lucid use and down from factors Neph has yet to solidly identify, possibly just time. This will inevitably be mentioned next post.

What kind of time are we maybe looking at typically? Days, weeks, months?
If it's not time, my guess is contribution or something. Like, the more firsts we rack up or the more great success we can add to influence Neph (as she hints the each timeline is the better she is), maybe the more she's connected to us. Maybe.
Entirely possible just time, or some accumulated time where it varies depending on other timelines. Or some planar factor.
So our top priority is to identify issues urgent enough to bring Neph out.
Worrying seems to help, as we witnessed in Prosperity. If we try to resettle the ruined capital, Jade might worry about what destroyed it, how to restore it, the founding speech, attacks while she's away, ...
Our best chance is probably the mage gift transfer to Nanoha, as explained here
Summoning during the unfreezing process of MGLN requires skill and power. We also have no idea whether we can do it, and desperately need to.
That's three out of 20 questions in my list that might qualify. Let's assume we'll get to ask two side-questions each time...
Yeah, we'll need several sessions with increasing cost. That's going to be expensive.
I reiterate my urging to consult Red-Jade and Blue-Jade:
[] For future Q&A sessions, pass all questions through Blue and Red channeling first to get as much info as possible (can be done en masse). Start with an urgent issue to bring Neph to the fore.
The less time Neph wastes on explaining the basics, the better.
Anyone else got more ideas on urgent problems?
Edit: Oh, we might find out about a certain apocalypse cult!
Speaking of which, maybe one of our questions should be to pinpoint the optimum candidate for transplantation. Including such concerns as best chance the donor doesn't regret the decision.

So Neph can't be called upon regularly without the mana cost quickly becoming prohibitive. We will have to prioritize questions, only querying her for the critical essentials.
TBH, I'm glad that's the case. We'd be tempted to channel Neph for minor curiosities/concerns otherwise, wasting a sizable amount of our training mana to acquire information we could do without. Not to mention the potential need to periodically pause the quest to vote on questions.
With the escalating cost in mind, here are the future questions I have penciled in, in rough order of priority:
- Is it safe to try channeling or overchanneling other colors?
Need to get this one out of the way quickly, since it affects our training schedule. (Channeling may speed up skill acquisition for its respective color.)
- Advice for handling Indira? During the Jewel Seed incident specifically? How should we respond to Indira's desire to be acknowledged as a proper Agni? Any major hot-button topics to avoid? Should we try interacting with her regularly, with the aim of shifting her alignment?
The most important concern overall. How we initially interact with Indira will set the tone for the relationship, and has the potential to affect the lives of hundreds of billions on the MGLN plane. We need to know whether it's possible to keep Indira from stirring up trouble, or if conflict between us is inevitable. What are the best approaches Neph has seen for dealing with Indira? I'm perfectly fine spending two or three Q&A sessions if need be.
- Low-hanging stuff on Nanoha's plane we don't know about, or tech we should prioritize grabbing?
Important for planning what to do after the Jewel Seed incident, especially if we decide to head to Thedas before the war ends. Should we activate Kladenets? Leviathan? Agni relics we need to grab before Indira does? Most of these concerns are time-sensitive.
- Tips on Siofra's origin/affinities?
Less essential, but useful for training. More importantly, not something we can otherwise learn except through painstaking trial-and-error.
- Nanoha's mage gift?
Low priority overall, but we're thinking about performing the operation soon, so it might get bumped up. The mage-gift will be a permanent increase in Nanoha's capabilities, and we received a previous hint from Neph about turning Nanoha into a demigod, so there's value in querying Neph about it.

1) Possible repercussions of giving out immortality technology. Repercussions meaning "ancient eldrich gods actively smashing civilizations". Mental filter is a passive defense preventing immortality from being discovered in the first place. Active measures might have been set up in order to purge the knowledge if it was ever somehow discovered anyway (like, for example, someone setting up a random symbol generator and said generator spitting up the recipe randomly). Also, questions about the filter in general. Like its connection to the apparent impossibility of stable hyper-AI (despite in principle Kyuubey being an example of something like that existing in a pretty stable configuration).
This is important, because if it's safe to hand out immortality, then doing so is both a moral imperative and a great political tool / way to bootstrap religion around us. Especially if we also can set up a reincarnation afterlife system. Not to mention all other issues potentially linked to it, like Agneyastra not being able to bootstrap herself into a Culture Mind.
2) Question about Earth being special (it and only it seems to exist in several planes in a close-to-similar state) - we are going to be operating on Earth for at least a bit, and Nanoha's parents live there. So, if, say, during great parade of the planets, MGLN's celestial bodies (which seem to be full of, if not consist of, archeotech) emit some sort of mana magic pulse that purges all active mana mages, or do something else, we need to know.
Also, interesting in general: Book of Darkness can win against everyone involved. Meaning Jail + Precia, Olivie, and us. What the hell happened to it? Agneyastra should be, roughly, its equal alone.

Eh... that stuff is important, but more of an end-game concern. Neph's precog doesn't extend far enough into the future to give us useful advice on questions with such enormous scope.
