Now as devil's advocate- The merit in not bringing Jaune's stuff up is that it might necessarily diminish the impact of, or make Ada's reveal more surreal and less visceral than it was for Jaune.
They're unrelated topics beside 'what are they hiding from their friends' and it's not unfair to say Ada's issues are far more contentious and precarious than our potential to become a physical god. Ada needs to be comforted and to understand her friends are all there for her. That they're all willing to bury Lee as a bonding excercise.
Jaune just wants to reveal his semblance before it gets a bit more awkward and maybe get some advice. There's a certain dissonance there that makes me want to wait while still revealing it. Approach one issue at a time, rather than just pile separate issues on top of each other. Moreover, it kinda emphasizes that Jaune and Ada have been sharing and trusting each other a lot more than Creme and Lumen, whereas revealing separately deemphasises the whole 'we totally knew each other's baggage the whole time and just deigned to fill you in'.
But mostly, I think that meeting should be about Ada, and that Jaune's issue can definitely wait if it might mean giving her a better experience.

I don't really agree with the idea that keeping the Process secret is going to make it better for Ada.
I might have read her character wrong, but wouldn't she be happier if there was another big reveal to take some of the "heat" off of her?

I mean, she might appreciate it and be less immediately anxious due to the other elephant in the room- but a huge amount of Ada's trauma is tied to her urge to hide and disappear and her terror of that. Her semblance is just the most glaring example of that, and how Ada tries to isolate herself.
So, I could definitely see it helping, but I can also see Ada trying to use it to hide behind- not even necessarily in the immediate sense either. I don't assume any of us have a definitive grasp of Ada's headspace by this point other than its fairly damn whack and she needs people to lean on.

I totally and utterly disagree with the notion that we should continue to keep the Transistor and Process a secret from Creme and Lumen out of some misguided sense of trying to avoid "stealing Ada's thunder" by having a big reveal of our own.
First off because I think it's totally unnecessary, Ada is a big girl and she's going to be fine without having to make it "all about her". Frankly, I think doing that has a good chance of backfiring, what with Ada being thrown into the spotlight where we know she's not comfortable.
Secondly, this isn't just about Ada which some people are treating it as. It's about not keeping half of Team JACL out of the loop. Lumen and Creme are supposed to be our friends, but by continually keeping a secret this big from them, we're hardly treating them that way. Jaune's family knows, Penny knows, Ironwood knows, Ada knows, so why should we keep excluding them and ONLY them?
Thirdly, revealing the truth about the Transistor and Process to Lumen and Creme is also about Jaune, and him continuing to reach out to other people, something he hasn't done before the quest started and is only now beginning to learn how to do.
Keeping the secret at this point doesn't help Ada, it hurts Creme and Lumen, and it hurts Jaune.

I've never stated that I want Jaune to actually withhold information about the aprocess from Creme and Lumen- I just think it's hamfisted and poorly thought out to do it right on top of Ada's confession.
You are throwing a bunch of platitudes about how it's unhealthy for Jaune and unfair to his friends.... which is why I agree they need to be told just not at the same time something that has horrifically traumatized and haunted one of our friends is being addressed. Where Ada's who's been so scarred by Lee her semblance is basically about running away from reality. Where it's an incredible step forward for Ada to bring this to the people she cares about.
Simply put, Jaune's personal hang ups about being believed an his semblance are fucking peanuts to Ada's woes as far as I'm concerned and we should focus on addressing it rather than blindly spewing Jaune's own baggage while madly groping for acceptance and closure because hey- we're outsiders looking in who don't personally have to grapple with these issues.
Let me put it this way- how would you help a friend explain that she was the witness to the serial murder of her family and town by a close family friend and feels partially responsible for creating a psychotic violent monster? Because I personally would feel it wildly inappropriate to talk about my own issues with being believed and trusting others in the immediate aftermath unless the conversation segues there naturally. I would never go into a confession like that thinking 'man this is a perfect time to come clean about my own emotional baggage because everyone's conveniently in one place'.
It's not like the show had Yang confessing to her own issues with Raven right after Blake being WF was revealed now did it?
Edit: we literally have a trait for being a social disaster with a massively variable penalty. And that's and undoubtedly delicate scenario in the wake of Ada's confession. We just don't need Jaune trying to share his own life's story while blundering about. I'm just counseling patience, that we wait for a better time to share than Ada's time.

Damn it, I'm dumb. I forgot to include something very pertinent in my original argument. Only goes to show that what I consider obvious might, in fact, not be to everyone else.
Alright, here goes: we are telling them about Boriah Lee, that much has already been decided, but telling them about the Process is complimentary information, not competitive.
- "The a notorious serial killer coming to Vale has had a run-in with Ada before and he might be after her again." [Boriah Lee]
- "...and this is how I'm planning to protect her." [Process]
Even if we take the time to meet them next week to reveal the full truth, that's still days of them worrying about Ada's safety, in addition to all of their own problems, such as Creme's brother joining the White Fang and Lumen's...
Well, Lumen's ??? issue. (I couldn't track down @Prok's post where he explains how he makes it incredibly obvious when he's lying when ending with "Honest" or "Honestly", but it's in the thread somewhere. Lumen has troubles of his own, for sure.)
If we really want to avoid taking the spotlight from Ada's story without bringing in Jaune's personal issues just yet, then the option to do that is right there and we just have to vote for it. In fact, I'm going to try this "compromise" thing I've heard about and do just that:

I just got through two midterms and just caught up with this. I agree with Ashmaker's idea of bringing it up.

Seems like a pretty simple and effective way of doing it to me. Hiding something like that always blows up later, especially if it can help someone in very likely danger. It would also help them calm down knowing that something is being done to help protect her.
