Hereafter [Worm x Fate/Grand Order]

"Good riddance," Rika mumbled under her breath. Someone should check for the sky falling, because that was twice in less than twenty minutes where I actually agreed with Rika.
Really, this story needs more of Rika's (deliberately?) repressed No-More-Nonsense (For Now)/Let's Get Dangerous!! aspect of herself (which IIRC, is why EMIYA is her compatibility summon) to make appearances, and not just relegate her to Thoroughly-Wacky-Though-Actually-Sharp-As-A-Dagger sidekick to Taylor and/or Ritsuka.

Addendum: More to the point, I'd like to see her sent in (or end up) solo in one Singularity or another, with fewer opportunities for her usual wisecracks, and throughly resolve it in a manner befitting canon!Fujimaru, without onii-chan and/or Taylor-senpai to bail her out; along the lines of her portrayal in the Shimousa manga.

If I had to hazard a guess I'd say that Caligula was a smidge, saner feels like the wrong word here, saner than Heracles and thus fought better than Berserker in FSN despite being the easier opponent by sheer stats. Probably IP hax covering for weaknesses.
Might have something to do with being summoned in Rome and/or meeting someone he knew personally in Nero, similar to Fate Zero's Berserker seeming to grow ever so slightly more coerent/saner in his motivations when meeting Saber
Even Herk himself seemed to be at his most dangerous when fighting for something he had a direct stake in (see: the UBW route and also most of the times he's fighting on Jason's orders)

A pity that Caligula didn't use his noble phantasm...although that could have been a game over.

And you can go back to sitting around and twiddling your thumbs."

Stheno huffed. "Fine," she said shortly. "Just make sure you don't leave any of your junk behind. You've all polluted my island enough with your presence, and I don't want even a single trace of it left when you're gone."
Ya know with how badly their relationship was I gotta wonder if Taylor is going to fuck up things with Euryale and Asterios?

This chapter probably accidentally just did a lot to emphasize the number of characters in this party with interesting or important stories they're not sharing, apparently all just because. It's starting to actually look concerning just how much they're all hiding from each other, for a team that needs to work together so closely, like they don't actually trust it even particularly like each other.

On the other hand, it will be hilarious when they finally reveal their backstories.

Especially the part where Taylor at one point was a Modern day Warlord that then turned herself in and at some point went on to take an army to fight what might as well be an Alien God and Bully it into letting itself Die

Only Rika can save the gang from Taylors backstory.
Nah, I think the trauma bus is the Arash Airlines. I was just joking but it may actually become a thing...

I mean, it's still the 2nd Singularity. Did you max bond your main team by the 2nd Singularity? I think not!

And the leader was basically The Flying Brick cape with someone needing some really esoteric bullshit to get past her durability under normal circumstances not to mention the number of times she has lost limbs and the time she took up the original halbeard with the nanothorn system and stalled Leviathan with it and her bugs and somehow survived with only a broken back rather than being red mist

Then they'll all look at her with incredulous looks when she insists she's not a hero, just wishes she could have been one instead of a former villain trying to reform and seeking redemption and atonement.

No, but I at least rushed my main people to bond 5 as fast as I could, didn't leave them all at 1 somehow! Most of their profiles were open by the end of Rome. These guys are still, somehow, working with the Interlude style not even revealing names to each other yet.

There's 3 Masters, but still the same amount of points. They're split not shared. It's pretty obvious that Bond ranks are gonna level up more slowly when you think about it that way.

And not at the same rate for each of them. Taylor connects better with Aife because they're similarly intense people, but Nero and Rika got on like best friends who knew each other their whole lives in just a few days.

Over and over again, she struck him like a machine gun. Her arms had blurred until it seemed like she had a dozen, and the sound of her hits was a rapidfire staccato that echoed across the whole beach. In the brief, two second window she had bought herself, she had to have launched over a hundred punches, each one strong enough to have killed any of us Masters outright, no matter where it landed.

Was the Metal Gear meme intentional or have I been ruined by the internet
