Just that it occurs to me that scrying the Mercedes or, better, Black Rider would probably be even more effective.
Use Black Rider as a focus, and ask the Crown to give us the current location and previous 24-hour movement history of everyone who has been inside the Mercedes ever since we hit it with HMP.

Then cross-reference with Black Rider's movement history.
Still gonna need to go to the Carpenter household, to get Lydia armored up. Molly might get a quick bleach bath in the interim.

Magic is not automatic, you have to make the rolls and in the case of scrying the more degrees of separation between the focus and the target the harder it is for Harry to pull it off.

By this point it is almost guaranteed Katrina found another way out of Undertown or maybe took a Way out

Arwan is a not, because we don't want Harry to break his word. We want him to technically keep it with enough leeway to let Arwan and Lydia get away.

Can we use Katrina's car to scry Katrina?
Shouldn't take as long as visiting Mathews house.
 
I think we haven't yet spend our question on Kattrin herself.

If we have anything that workes as a focus for our Crown I would use that to find the straight path towards her.

Would mean she abandoned her car. Either she thinks its being tracked, or she committed a crime with it and ditched it.
If she ditched it outside the tattoo parlor, then she probably thinks its being tracked. If it had been used in a crime, the cops would have towed it by now.

Anyway, abandoned cars should be useful.

QUESTION
1)Is Black Rider or the Mercedes valid foci for any or all of the passengers today? Matthews, Kattrin or Evil Bob?
If we used Black Rider as a Crown focus to ask for the movements and locations of everyone thats been in the car since we hit it with HMP, is that a valid question?

2)Would a gift by Mathews to Cindy be a valid focus for the Crown or Harry's scrying? Nevklace, pendant, charm bracelet? Or a picture? We can call home and ask if she has anything on us.

3)People shed hair all the time, the more so in places they spend a lot of time, and especially if they have long hair.
We can confirm Kattrin has long red hair because we saw it, and Google says she drove this car at least 15 hours from Boston to Chicago, and 4 hours roundtrip Chicago-Merominee-Chicago. There will be hair in the car unless she torched it.

And, if we really wanted IC information on Exaltations, there's an easier way to do that, since Lash basically confirmed that her original copy knows exactly what we are, and we know exactly where her coin is. Just ask what either she specifically or the Denarians in general know about our power. They're old enough to remember when Exalts were going around and doing stuff, so they'll know enough that getting the information from them directly via Crown will be a good primer on the nature of Exalted and their place in the setting.

We 100% know other exaltations exist they literally cannot be destroyed. Whether any exist locally now that's debatable.

Edit: ah in character. Well we should probably know exaltations are indestructible due to occult 5.

How fresh is her clothing, is there any chance that Matthews biological material (dead skin, hair) is on it?

Usum's shard only became active very recently. And it became so gradually, instead of in an explosive burst of power and great ritual. And it's one shard, not several hundreds. So, yeah, I can see maybe some other infernal shards turning in their sleep, but not waking up.

You would have to ask her and check IC respectively but those look like good avenues as well

Maybe we should start by asking about any emergency plans he had set up for them?

Matthews is a paranoid sort of guy, it wouldn't totally surprise me if he kept something on his person to help him find his grandkids and determine if they're still safe.

Even aside from what she knows about we should ask Harry if it would be possible to ping any nearby parts of Cindy so that we can try tracking Matthews using whatever he's got on hand to track her.
