Well canonically in Dresden Files White God created a whole multiverse. Dresden's world is just one of cornerstones. So there are a shitton of worlds where they can be. And that's if we ignore the deep Nevernever as an option.

There is just a whole universe in Dresden Files and very specifically this Quest, there's really nothing stopping an exalted from building their own Chariot of the Gods and taking their chosen people and fucking off into space and considering the lunar Shard came from an asteroid falling into the sea there's kind of an idea there about people just building their own Vimanas and leaving.
