Hey future idea seeing how the sword of hope reacts to the hope plague would be cool.
If the wielder of the Hope sword had offered to come I don't think that we could have refused. However since he hasn't shown up already I think that we can assume that this isn't really it's thing. I don't think that the sword of Hope usually gets involved in bloody revolutions. Then again what do I know? Maybe it was all over the place in France 1789.Hey future idea seeing how the sword of hope reacts to the hope plague would be cool.
I was more thinking having them in the same room whenever we first see Sanya. If the wielder of the Hope sword had offered to come I don't think that we could have refused. In this universe there was likely super natural involvement of some kind. Maybe the Nobles were all Vampires? Or one of the other sorts of nasty.
Possibly, but not a given. I don't think we lose anything by trying, and I think one prisoner is a good focus for another of the same hell, and there are plenty of prisoners. Plus, we are in the same general location, so it should also work as a focus.Applying to the Wicked City in general probably.
Applying to our particular set of problems? Is likely a significantly more limited pool.
Not all foci are created equal, after all.
It costs us and her nothing to reapply the boosts.Lash's boosts work for a scene.
If we do it now, they will lapse by the time we get to the fortress and find the dude.
Its both unnecessary and ineffectual right now.
When we find the dude, THEN its worth asking. But not yet.
Well she does have a chance for a botch which is more likely with All is Poison.
I had hoped that this might be that day. UnfortunatelySomeday we are going to have a fight against a serious enemy where we don't have to worry about collateral. On that day we are going to bring the worse parts of the wastes into the world.
You do collateral damage in the Wicked city and it hits back. Not that I don't think that we can beat Wrecker Spirits, but they are likely to come at a rate of more than 1 per round.Wreckers Reign: On the rare instances when some part of the City must be torn down rather than built over the administrating Akuma will rather than use their own skills and resources simply summon spirits of destruction and sabotage. These beings have been trained to react to any wide scale alterations of the strata of the City in the same way that vultures might react to the smell of rotten meat, adding a further layer of protection at the cost of an... acceptable number of false positives (Large Scale Alterations, ex destroying the entire wall of a building risk summoning wrecker spirits)
I think the Arctic Ambush counts. Then again we did have allies around.
[x] Seed the Hope Plague up in the Stacks (Low chance of an aerial encounter, middling chance of an encounter in the corridors of the fortress; guaranteed lower level encounter)
The whole point of this thing was to make a distraction. I don't know why it's treated as an extra objective.
Just to be clear the lower level encounters are the most dangerous, that is where the experimental subjects are kept.
I mean, that's just an even better reason not to take the prisoner with us there and finish up this part first....
