I really don't like the idea of talking to Broken Seeker, it just invites trouble we don't need. It wouldn't be a full AP markup if we were just going to call him.
I also think Higher Learning should be a priority, because it's time sensitive and more details will make the discussion less abstract.

Like a washcloth that automagically perfectly takes care of all hygiene stuff when wiped across the kid's head, a diaper that cleans itself/disintegrates waste, utensils that make food perfectly nutritious when used to prepare it, something like that.
Because why shouldn't we abuse our cosmic power for this sort of stuff?

That is a concern, but it's probably okay for the short term future. Her parents are unlikely to do anything crazy in the first few weeks with the point we made about our support.
Might still be a good idea to provide her with minion support. We're spending an entire AP on this, so presumably we're investing more time than the literal hospital visit, a few orders seem like a reasonable addition.
It could be a training wheels mission for the amethyst hand agents for blending in.

Plan Stage Magic is sorta ignoring Molly's inner world, but hopefully the 1 AP with Brother Divsimar will show her investment into her people. This is a pretty momentous time for them after all, best not ghost them for a month during the greatest period of religious/cultural/political upheaval that the Courts have ever had.

I think that this is a much better approach for minion empowerment than the various fomori charms or training charms, if we can Invest them and just immediately return the soul chunk.
