@DragonParadox can we use the broad of the blade to hit the bullets back at them in order to destroy the guns?
Okay, so lycanthropes from Full Moon.OOC: So yeah having a demon in your head is good for winning initiative, who knew. Michael... Michael knows, but he has only been on the other side of that so far.
There are Charms or Martial Arts to do such stuff in Exalted, for example I believe there was an Adorjan charm that lets you catch arrows and throw them back.@DragonParadox can we use the broad of the blade to hit the bullets back at them in order to destroy the guns?
At least please use something like a staff or baton if you want Bashing. We have zero Brawl.1)Does our Demon Weapon have to take the form of a sword? Can we make it take the form of a pair of cestus/smashfists instead?
I'd be up for buying the Skinned Alive speed Charm discussed in the thread.
You can use Brawl weapons with Melee to the best of my recollectionAt least please use something like a staff or baton if you want Bashing. We have zero Brawl.
I think its stuck as a sword, though.
Its not about lethal damage and more about being Obvious. The demon weapon always deals Lethal damage, there's a different aspect for bashing damage.
I don't mind being obvious in this instance, and especially not like this. Its not about lethal damage and more about being Obvious.
We can materialize smashfists on our hands and they will probably go unnoticed by bystanders.
A sword, on the other hand.....

QUESTION
1)Does our Demon Weapon have to take the form of a sword? Can we make it take the form of a pair of cestus/smashfists instead?
2)How big are the neighboring tables? If Molly grabbed one as a battering ram, would it slow her down?
3)If Molly rolls Intimidate against the spirits riding the lycanthropes, what happens?
Just go for Boiling Oil Mastery first.I'd be up for buying the Skinned Alive speed Charm discussed in the thread.
If we do that though, we definitely need E2, because we won't be able to use Excellency and the speed Charm at once, and the point of it is to prevent situation like this...which would make it so we have to do both at once.
If we dont need to be Obvious, there's no reason to be.I don't mind being obvious in this instance, and especially not like this.
1) Fair. We need to make a collapsible asp then.Yes in theory but that would need a charm or martial art
- It is s sword because that is that Molly thought of as 'a weapon' back in winter and now that is how the demon thinks of it as well, you could change it, but not arbitrarily. Something would have to change about how you see battle
- Normal six person tables, you would be able to do quite some damage to someone with that, but it would not slow down the rampaging berserkers long
- You do not know for sure, but they are spirits of rage, not the most rational of their ilk and you do not have any charms that make you specifically more intimidating to spirits, so it seems unlikely to work
So you believe the buy list, in order, should be...Just go for Boiling Oil Mastery first.
We should be able to just turn a glass of water over our head and get a bonus without spending Essence.
I kinda disagree with the first part. There is an enemy van attempting to physically block us in.
This should trigger Cracked Cell Circumvention against physical confinement, dropping Difficulty by 3.
Cracked Cell Circumvention should also give a bonus against any attempts by the lycanthropes to block or clinch us here.
Boiling Sea Mastery, then Windborn Stride, then Essence. So you believe the buy list, in order, should be...
Boiling Sea Mastery, Essence, Skinned Alive Speed Charm? Or something else. Just to get an idea of plans.
This is Navy Pier:I kinda disagree with the first part.
We can obviously go into 3 different directions aside from the van, this isn't nearly confining enough to count fo CCC.
So probably best to just MGR(metal gear rising) these bitches then
Fair.Just keep in mind the place is not as touristy as the pic above. Major renovations only begun in 2006 and we are currently half a year out from that.
Nah, these guys suck.[X] Artemis1992
These guys seem pretty well prepared and know what they are doing putting them down hard and fast is for the best. Also someone who has the balls to just shoot up a knight of the cross is bad news.
Harry noted his broken spine would take like a decade or few to fully heal. His flamethrower flayed arm through a not impervious shield magic took a few books to heal 100% I think?Wizards can heal from a lot of serious injuries given enough time, but I don't think exploded eyeballs grow back.
It was functional, just horribly damaged. But he could grip within two books, and play guitar in four?Harry noted his broken spine would take like a decade or few to fully heal. His flamethrower flayed arm through a not impervious shield magic took a few books to heal 100% I think?
when I say flayed I don't mean quite so literally sorry just you know flamethrower damage. It took a few books to heal 100% is all I'm saying. The spine damage though he noted he could fully heal in decades which you know wizard life span means he could actually get over it. But, in the immediate sense those decades aren't very helpful. It was functional, just horribly damaged. But he could grip within two books, and play guitar in four?
