signed, 4x6 glossy print of Legend framed and up on her office wall ASAP.

and logging in to PHO to see how long it would take someone to make a .gif of Sunny leaping into Legend's arms.

So, I must ask you..." Taylor straightened her shoulders and fixed her gaze on the Grecian hero's helmet-shadowed eyes. "Are you going to make me late for tea?"

Its nice to see talyor has her priorities in order.

"I want to help you, with… whatever you're doing. Will you teach me?"

Taylor sat up, and turned to look at Sunny. The wolf was smiling, and from the look in her eyes, Taylor got the sense that Sunny was proud of her. Taylor wrapped her arms around the wolf's thick neck in a hug.

"It might be scary and weird, but-- I won't let you down, Sunny. I promise."

And blam the payoff we all have been waiting for, Talyor has gained enough confidence in herself to start her way into becoming a full priestess.

This chapter had me squee with its saccharine goodness. Now I'm not looking forward to dinner anymore, this sweetness will leave an aftertaste for far too long. Thanks for an awesome story!

*various kyaa'ing and running and generally joyful and extremely proud exclamations of thanks and everything positive and all and and and and....*

This was just beautiful!

An update! Huzzah! The ending was very heartwarming, good to see Taylor getting more and more entrenched in the Priestess business.

Okay, a couple of things...
First, yay! An update! Second, since when does Taylor acknowledge the effects of the Emas of reality? Did I miss something? Third, Taylor playing the political game first with Dauntless, then with Oni Lee was rather amusing in a weird schadenfreude kind of way. Finally, as heartwarming as it all is, and as much as this all amuses me, every now and again I realise Amaterasu is an ages old goddess, not actually a fluffygoofy doG. In all actuality, she is motherfucking terrifying, and we should all be very much aware of it...

Squee! I thought this was more of Taylor being accidentally political genius! But no, this time it was conscious and deliberate! I'm so proud of her!

The shock and horror from knowing the Miko was attacked at her own home. Coming from Oni Lee of all people. Well, good thing Sunny got to Skidmark first. Lung, and mostly Oni Lee will not be kind to the Merchants with that kind of transgression, ABB turning new leaf or not.

Hoo boy.

Taylor's very skewed priorities are hilarious.

I can see the father-daughter similarities in this chapter. Stubborn to a fault, very determined to get their points across - her going back to the shrine, and Danny's overprotective tendencies. Knowing Danny, he will plant small figurines around the shrine for protection, aided with Armsy's mini-cams for extra surveillance. While Taylor will keep on keeping on with her miko duties, using her tea set and mannerisms as her weapon.

Reprimanding Oni Lee is new (I think no one expected her to get angry at Oni Lee of all people since he has always been supportive of her in his own way), but shows just how far she has come from that girl being dragged around by her doG.

Okay, so! This is where I get nitpicky and no doubt annoy someone, somewhere with my nitpickiness. If it is you, @UnwelcomeStorm, I apologise in advance.

It was a good sketch for something so quick, if she did say so herself; she was getting a lot of practice lately with making the Emas.

Emas is wrong, because quite simply, the Japanese language does not pluralise. So it should be one Ema, two Ema, three thousand five hundred sixty two Ema. A few Ema, a lot of Ema, many Ema. Etc, etc, until I finish running this example into the ground.

While he may want to do that, I'm sure Piggot will stop him. Taylor has already made it very clear that she views surveillance as a breach of the Shrine's neutrality, and keeping in her good graces is just more important to Piggot than feeding Danny's paranoia.

English, on the other hand, can do whatever the fuck it wants with foreign words. It's anarchy over here. The plural of kimono is kimonos. Send help.

Omake: New emotion
Still shipping MikoLee.
Taylorasu forever! :p

Lung-sempai! I felt a new emotion today!

That's good. What is it?

Unrelenting rage!

Lung, as he did every day, asked Oni Lee for updates. "Lee. Anything to report?"

Oni Lee, as he had been doing more often lately, responded strangely. "I felt a new emotion today. It is one I have not felt in a very long time."

Lung's curiosity was piqued, but so was his caution. This was somewhat stranger than usual. "...What... was it?"

Lee replied, with a calm face that didn't match his words, "THE UNENDING RAGE OF A THOUSAND FIERY SUNS."

Lung paused. This was definitely stranger than usual. But the question needed to be asked. "...Dare I ask why?"

Lee, calm as ever, responded, "The Merchants attacked the Miko in her own home."

"THEY WILL KNOW THE RAGE OF THE DRAGON."
