Anyone else think Pennsy will eventually crack?
Pennsylvania: *slightly nuts* I can't take it anymore! Everytime I go off-base I'm assaulted by cute things and adorable people! My first instinct is to destroy them because they're my enemy, but they're all so damn CUTE!!!!
*DesDiv 6 approaches her and all four give her maximum Puppy Eyes*
Pennsylvania: *Cracks* EEEEEE!!!! *Grabs them and cuddles*
Jersey: *Sarcastic* Oh, great...an American Nagato.

:D
. . .
*urge to canonize intensifies*
I have spent entirely way too much money on that game.
Worth it though. Mostly. Sometimes.
In a comedic sense, I'd envision her as the store manager from Dead Rising:
"So. You..want to...lewd Shinano...huh? NOT ON MY WATTTCCHHH!"

*Ari silently nods in approval in the background*
XD
Just started playing WoW yesterday...wish you didn't have to buy ship slots after filling those four freebies. Guess I'll never get beyond Tier IV IJN. :( Not to mention the whole 'anyship flying any flag can fight together' part...very confusing. Be much easier if the game was split Axis and Allies.
You can get slots from the rare containers I think.
Pretty much! Arizona is pretty awesome, her guns may be a little more accurate than Texas, but Texas has much better AA. Looks wise, it's a toss up. Ari looks awesome with her red turret tops, but Texas is just covered in guns and looks menacing as hell. I prefer not to think as either ship as 'slow', more, 'inevitable'.
Arizona best ship. Fite me.

Quick question, do Archie and Albie teach anything to young and impressionable submarines?
How to subthief and appropriate sub doctrine.

You are now imagining the lewdmarines stealing Richardson's pants.
Been awhile since I wrote Eurobotes. Might as well get a bit in again...
This is a good day.
"Coming in here and trying to drag me off?!" Repulse had picked herself off the floor, adjusting her small top to cover herself properly. A distinctly annoyed look was on the battlecruiser's face, as she glared at Vicky. "Bloody hell, at least buy me dinner first!"

Victorious twitched, "Not my type, sorry."
Okay, just about died right here. XD
On the other, she pitied the poor man who was with Saratoga. Victorious and Repulse working together would be the death of him
No. No pity. Only laughter.

A wonderful Eutobotes, sir. It's always a pleasure to read more of them. And the quality is superb. :)
And so it is in a different post....

She seems like a handful and a very smusing headache.
I think that's Arizona's line.
Arizona: I... I don't feel it. Have I become desensitized to it all?
Mutsu: Oh dear...
Jintsuu: Someone get a lewdmarine!
Iku: Hey!

Now have some Ari as an apology for my absence and my unfortunate continuous delays...
*shelled*

It was a hot, muggy day in the Big Easy. My partner and I were working drug interdiction and fisheries protection out of the New Orleans Coast Guard Station when we got a call about a missing British battlecruiser.
My name is Cape Gull.
I'm a cutter.
I carry a badge.
Anyone else see Kongo doing a similar thing like a video diary to show her efforts to with Teitoku's heart?

*Dragnet theme*
(Voiceover)
This is the Naval Base, Dess! My sisters and I live here with all our fellow shipgirls and I am on a personal mission to win the heart of one man! Teitoku will be mine, Dess!
I am Kongo, Dess!
I am the first ship of the Kongo-class, born in England and raised in Japan!
I am a fast battleship, Dess!

:D

Oh, my friend, that's choice!

Watching In Harm's Way . Have to wonder if Musashi likes the end of the movie. Only time a Yamato class ever inflicted major casualties in a surface action.

I was impressed by that scene in the movie, mainly because they used fairly accurate models to represent the Japanese ships. (Despite referring to the Atago-class as a Mogami-class.)

Pffft. No they didn't. They only had USS Saint Paul (CA-73) and USS Phillip (DD-498). They built literal boxes around the destroyers to hide the missile tech. As a result, they look awful.
Other U.S. Navy ships that participated included the cruiser USS Boston (CA-69) (though only the forward 2/3's of the ship could be shown as she had missiles aft), destroyers USS Braine (DD-630), USS O'Bannon (DD-450), USS Renshaw (DD-499), USS Walker (DD-517), submarine USS Capitaine (SS-336)and the attack transport USS Renville (APA-227). All of the destroyers had to have their modern (1960s) ASW gear covered over with fake gun-mounts or deck houses. Additional smaller vessels were provided in support, as well as an HU-16 Albatross amphibious aircraft, even though said aircraft did not enter the U.S. inventory until 1949. The HU-16 likely substitutes for a PBY Catalina, of which no flyable examples were likely available for the film schedule.

Hope that they get that gun working, be pretty cool if they could.
In other news, the Canadian government is searching for someone to break up HMCS Athabaskan, Canada's last destroyer.
Finally, it was also Mikasa's birthday just a few days ago, on November 7. Happy belated birthday, Mikasa.
I, hmm... yes, well... so this would be something that Sky would not mind?

That was already posted on page 756, though maybe you knew that. Whatever the case, I feel compelled to requote my reaction to this.
Saratoga: My own clone!
Saratoga Kai: Now neither of us will be virgins!

I was talking about the model Japanese ships used during the battle scene...not the actual ships used in the movie.

And since she appears in BelBat, Happy Birthday, Fubuki!

Hey! Jersey! I got something for you...

Yes, the Donair Cam, can't get much more Nova Scotian then a live stream of a hunk of meat being cooked and spinning around and around. The comments are also hilarious.
