Stabilizer rolled well above average which is nice since that should free up some free dice for other projects next quarter (aka we get to do more than 5 dice of mil projects) Just have to see who we lost to assassination

Decent enough turn except for the Pharmaceutical Synthesis Centers.
With some good luck we can finish Mecca and some Fusion plants next turn and go into the next Plan with a clean slate on top of finishing the Stabilizer network.
