This one moves 2 dice each onto Nuuk and MFC labs, which should finish the labs and still get some forward motion on Nuuk while finishing Boston.

The big departure here is 6 dice on Lunar Homesteading, which may potentially net us 2 phases this turn, and I think it worth taking a shot at.

I also put a dice on 5th Gen EVAs to finish their development so we can get an idea of what they look like.

I also place a dice on Orbital Nuclear Caches so that hopefully by the time we move on Karachi our nuclear weapons are in orbit, well away from Nod's hands.

I'm half dead this morning, but anyway...

Lots of new +Labor projects. But how critical are they right now?
Is there a benefit to having excessive free labor? I could see that maybe we are stifling free enterprise if we don't, but a lot of this is manual labor. I was under the impression that the free market issue was that the GDI employed all the people who could be running their own businesses.
Taking away too many simple jobs at once could cause a surge in unemployment. Perhaps staggering the roll outs would be prudent?

Edit 2: Switched a die from EVA to Transhuman Tech. With all the +Labor options we gained this turn, EVAs can wait till next turn. Plus Boston will probably improve that project. But with Karachi coming up, we should get all the +Health we can get.
