Alfabusa, the person who direct the TTS lines that the person you quoted posted considers Malal part of the recon. In fact there's a fews jokes in the series that Malal is stuck in the Retconian and therefore not worth mentioning.
that guy who can't go 5 minutes without fucking up his own plans
And here I was hoping that one of you would respond with "He doesn't exist, shut up about it."

@ilbgar123 how strong is a single BSF soldier in comparison to an Imperial guard soldier physically speaking?

Approximately 50%.

@ilbgar123
What are the Standard Armaments of our Space Marines?

Medium. For a vehicle. They also used knives and daggers.

@ilbgar123 what level of power and control do we need to do magnus' whole indeterminate form thing?

Not sure what that is. You could probably do something like the Wraithslip thing right now.

25(Humanity)+25(Heart)+25(Human Trait Spectrum)

Vindication!

I absolutely made all the correct decisions in the designing the Crystal List up to the Humanity Crystal. Got us a whole 75 extra points, and considering the -50 we absolutely needed those points and our Goddess would have been destroyed by Big E without them.

It feels good to know that I hit the ball out of the park there.

What's FBTW?

save for the 11 Rune limit on Runes that can safely be linked.

Can we improve that limit without interfering with our 5 Crystals a turn limit?

The Void Shield is the only known barrier capable of absorbing damage for it's projecting structure, as Ion Shields merely knock incoming attacks off course. Considering ships, fightercraft, and even individual troops make use of them, a thorough understanding of their inner workings is a high priority. You are somewhat concerned about dumping energy into the Warp, as it is essentially lost to the material universe, and may contribute to the constant turmoil the Warp is in, but you do not currently have any alternative to them. Certainly not on the scale necessary to protect ships. Still, it seems like something to look into.
Unlike your teleportation devices, which briefly dip into the Warp's uppermost layers, these devices dip into a different dimension when teleporting individual atoms and molecules, which seems to be related to the Warp only inasmuch as both it and the Warp are connected to the Materium. Time and space are a bit different there, from what you can discern, but not immensely so. There also seems to be a very unusual particle native to this dimension, which has henceforth been dubbed the tetryon.

Can we design a Void shield that instead of shoving the damage into the Warp shoves it in the Tetryon dimension instead?

Considering that Humanity is the Mineral version of Humanity and we invented something that improves Humanity as a whole recently, does the Humanity Crystal do anything to improve Orichalcix? Mythril as well to a lesser extent as it's half Human offspring?

Second question, considering that there is precendent in both the Human Crystal and the Gold Crystal, aka Crystals for individual species and individual minerals, can we create an Orichalicix Crystal?

Malus of 15/16 due to currently possessing one quarter of a full legion, all being converted from Aspirants to Neophytes.

Reward: Gained Greatly Improved Psychic Battery.

Can one Psyker have multiple Batteries? If so, how many Batteries would it take for us to get back to full strength, and whole long would said refueling process take if we are, say, on a ship in the middle of a battelfield?

Reward: Gained Amazingly Improved Long-Range Teleporters. You have teleporters for very long distances (430 km), though the power cost is exorbitant. +1600 to PDF and naval rolls from much better ability to deep-strike enemy commanders, though it's practically guaranteed to be a suicide mission. Bonus of maximum short-range distance, multiplied by 20. Currently 210+220.

So, question .... is there anything stopping us from just teleporting bombs instead of people?

Ork Waagh fields for one thing. It's why we can't just teleport our Capacitor Missiles into the core of the War World and blow it up.
That only answers for Orks and not in general, and how far out does that apply?

Cause teleporting into the core of the planet is one thing, but just, like, a millimeter past the planets forcefields so it falls on the planet or on the inside of the forcefields of one of their bigger ships is another story.

IIRC Void Shields block teleportation. Pretty sure that also applies to Ork Force Fields buffed by Waagh energy. And there's Eldar Holofields that scramble targeting and Warp energies from Chaos Ships.

We can still teleport our bombs, we just have to crack open their shields a little before we can.

Well in that case
[] Integration Parental Leave.
Even Astartes need time off for their kids.
I was reading another 30K Primarch fanfic and someone in the comments suggested that the initiate's sperm, or egg in the majority of this case, be collected and frozen for later use prior to going through the procedure. Makes logical sense in that if they worked out due to a genetic factor, we want that gene-set in the pool rather than removed. It makes emotional sense since it would allow our Astartes to have something like a normal family and children that connect them more to Humanity.

Primary answer: What about Malal.
Alternative answer: He is a bitch and that's all there is to say about that.

We could alongside that have an "Adopt a Family" program where our Astartes are like the Aunties/Uncles, sending gifts, talking and meeting over get togethers. That way those Astartes who don't have parents or don't choose to have children can still connect with others and retain bonds to mortals.

Side story I actually can't remember where I found that idea, but when I started writing that for a short 40k fic the Planetary Governor who was falling to Chaos thought it was so clever of him to make that idea up for a nearby Astartes Battlebarge. It was supposed to end with the families turning to chaos, causing the Marines to fall either to keep with their families or to make them despise bonds so much as to cause a rift between the Astartes and other organizations.

Somehow it ended up with the Astartes figuring out the plot, killing the Governor and keeping the adopt a clan tradition as payback against the governor for trying to take away their solid connection to humanity.

Turns out trying to kill/corrupt an entire Space Marine Chapter's worth of nieces and nephews was a bad idea :V

Well it should be noted that Astartes reproduce through the use of their geneseed. Expecting Astartes to make new Astartes through sexual reproduction is like expecting anal sex to result in successful conception.

That being said they should be hypothetically capable of being able to make normal* human children through sexual reproduction. At least assuming they can get through the many potential problems.

Do they even have a sex drive? With all the weird hormones going through them it's possible they don't not to mention the possibly psycho-indoctrination therapy they're probably receiving.

Can they have successful conception? It's entirely possible that the Astarte's own genetic makeup is incompatible enough to prevent successful conception with normal humans and possibly even other Astartes.

Miscarriage: Probably the most likely stopper. Astartes have a crazy powerful immune system, I expect any potential children will be considered foreign bodies and quickly removed which will at least prevent female Astartes from reproducing.

*relatively normal anyway, they'll probably get the benefits of all the gene therapy but that's basically normal for our citizens anyway.

We could do Biomancy for those who want to go through pregnancy. I propose creating artificial wombs to avoid chances of death by childbirth and allow the child to live without worry of getting destroyed by the mother's immune system. Thanks to our medical system and research into gene vats we can easily create this and prevent lifelong diseases from plaguing the child.
