I just still in belief that Kesar was killing demons so skillfully and epically that he made Khorne, KHORNE blink in surprise! I'm mean winning the war is good n all but to make Khorne surprised to the point he blinks during battle like that is just plan crazy. I just can't wait for when you to write the fight scene and the chaos gods and dear old Emps reactions @Daemon Hunter, cause I'm sure they'll all in shock Kesar is that good and the kills he had raked up! With the kills you told us Kesar got, I'm pretty sure if he fall to one of the four, they'll wipe out the other 3 with heck of ease or chaos divide just wins automatically.
I think you posted in the wrong primarch quest since Im sure we don't have a Kesar here.

Wrong quest. This is Serras!Quest, not Kesar!Quest.

Since this thread was reawkowen from its month or two slumber, allow me to say that I am happy that this quest is still, hopefully, alive and that more is probably coming.

Question do we have a legion-specific special unit type?
We do seem to be planning to share our advances with the rest of the Empire, so it'd have to be something only we can or are willing to use.

Little early to tell, as the other legions aren't fully established yet. So what's specific to us and what's general use isn't quite clear yet.

As far as I can tell.

Sense marines.

Like Space marines, only sensible.
Don't you mean 'Reasonable Marines'...?

Not really...yet. Granted in this continuity stuff like the Dark Angels 'Iron Wing' and so on will be legion specific (since Big E likes hoarding all the good shit worse than the Admech and Blood Ravens combined (read: The Custodes)).

So our Legion-specific units might be the usage of the Androids, Soul-Stone Uploads and Astartes piloting Knight-scale mechs (think Tau Battlesuits mixed with Contemptor/Leviathan Dreadnoughts and actual Knight mechs to let our forces go full Battletech/Gundam/Armored Core).

Yeah, your Legion is looking to be mechanized forces in the less literal sense, though the Iron Hands will likely still outcompete you on raw tech/metal involved in their force, since they'll probably have quite a few high-end Battle Automata in addition to both Legions deploying huge amounts of Servitor chaff.

both Legions deploying huge amounts of Servitor chaff.
Question but can we/Serras take a (minor) action to redesign the Servitors to look less like Cyber-Zombies and more like Fate Haemonculi or generic Bio-roids? Or at least make their external chasis/body fully mechanical with their internals organic? The grungy, dead look just doesn't appeal honestly.
