Order: 'These Runes feel like Blanks, and have similar effects. +250 to Witch Hunter and related organizations rolls to handle and/or clean up after cult activity. +1000 to Psyker Checks.'

Rebirth, Reincarnation are probably linked to the afterlife, which we probably have to study before getting them.
Karma probably boosts our Karma gains?
Fate probably helps precognition. Could be very useful.

As above: Probably, but not yet. Need to research the engineering of it first. First step is probably 'Research Infinity Circuits'

Boosts, probably, more acute than the Human one. Probably better to encourage them to make their own Self crystals, though.

You can also use it to place a piece of your soul in an item as well, or connect an item to your soul, this can also work on/with people to create something of a soul link/bond.

I say all of Serras' marines should have a copy of her self rune on them somewhere, likely on the back of their shoulder or something.

Also all of our marines are technically older than we are.

I feel that next turn we should probably create an Eldar Crystal/Rune, and we may also want to work on helping the Eldar resleeve themselves in cloned bodies from Soulstones. It's probably safer to work out how to do it for an Eldar's nigh indestructible soul than it is for humans, particularly as almost all living Eldar should be intimately familiar with the process of reincarnation. We don't need an afterlife if people can just reincarnate.

Even bolder would be to work out how to rescue Eldar souls from Slaneesh. If Haemonculi can do it, so can Serras.

The ultimate in boldness in this field would probably be to make crystals of the concepts of the Eldar gods, to try to stop Slaneesh profiting from the energy of those bits of the Eldar psyche.

We might have to do a bit of consulting regarding the Eldar Crystal. Like for one see if we can make it for Craftworld Eldar only as to avoid empowering the Webway and Dark Eldar.

For two make a trade of sorts with the Eldar. This would be a massive boon for them and in exchange, we'd need something in return. I propose blueprints of all their wargear like jetbikes, force weapons, power weapons, tanks, flyers, mechs and such. They aren't using those things since in our original deal they're not in a combat role and with our understanding of Mythril we can produce even deadlier version for our Space Marines. Their Holo fields which scramble sensors would be excellent on our speedier close ranged ships to increase their survivability. Another stipulation while we can nip this in the bud is to tell the other Eldar to leave our brothers alone and contact us if they are to find any of our brothers. IC this makes sense, we want to find our brothers, our peers for the Emperor and our sake. OOC this may help reduce the chance of Angron being exhausted with his fight with Eldar and getting captured.

For three, my really out there idea is eventually for Hydaelyn and the future Machine God to be powerful enough to fight alongside Cegorach to protect the Souls of Eldar from being consumed by Slaanesh. Eventually this will lead to Machine God and Hydaelyn to be molded in part by Eldar belief and ultimately help the Eldar heal by having new gods in their Pantheon.

Courage is different form bold ,so love should be different form heart.


5 concept per turn should be interesting of how her personality will developed.

Oh and the best part, we're not done yet. Ilbgar still has to post the Social Link Events and the Integration Actions. Not to mention draft up the new system, post the FAQ and revamp the informational pages. And we thought turn 14 was bad :V

If it wasn't for the Emperor limiting the number of Crystals we could make it'd be possible to raise our psyker check to the level where we could throw the war world around like a pin ball or just crush it with our mind. I think the check was 300k to throw planets around like pin balls by the way.

yeah, but imagine if we did it all this turn? honestly would have worried ilbgar would have foamed at the mouth and swear vengeance against us all. :V

Did we improve our ground vehicle designs? We should work on that next turn along with titan designs and supeheavies. We can also work on ordinance that isn't lasers or plasma. Maybe work on developing Nova Cannons? Those things are useful. Antigravity should also be improved as much as we can.
 
with the extra +40 from crystals our stat training rolls are going to be bullshit. I think we have something like a 40% chance of raising combat from 25 to 50+ in a single training action.

I'm going to have to tear up this whole thing, get some people to move the service buildings, the road away would be too steep. Biomancy is a thing in a legion full of psykers. If they got curious they could change that on a whim assuming Seras did the whole chemical sterilization brainwashing part of the process instead of mentally guiding this first batch throught the familiarization procedures for their new strength/size/organs. They also already had a minor astartes package so they might already be used to having these organs if not their new sizes or things like the mucranoid or betchers gland.
In short I expect some number of Astartes maybe 10 out of the 250 pyskers stated to breed true in the future.
