Number of actions doesn't matter. It's Level Perk reductions, then 25 per 10 of relevant Stat Check, and 5 per 10 of Skill Check.

Rune of Self's general bonus upgraded to 700, and the Psyker bonus to 1400. Applies to each skill individually in Combined Score Checks.

Thank for the info on the Rune of Self. On the Difficulty reduction thing I wasn't asking how to calculate it I was asking what to do with it after I've calculated it because I have no idea where to stick it in the equation so, so far all it's done is sit there and look pretty.

30K Imperial Guard (distinct from the Solar Auxiliary which has 10000 total bonus) gets 7500. 40K Imperial Guard gets 5000. PDF varies heavily. Sometimes it's less than a thousand, sometimes it's almost as good as Imperial Guard.

Huh, thought that the 30K guards would have more bonuses due to the Emperor being able to recreate DAoT weapons once he got the AdMech allied with him giving him the tools to make them.

It takes a bit of time to work through all the calculations to make sure there correct I've made all the corrections now btw.
It reduced the Check necessary to get to the next rank.
Alright so I shouldn't bother with it then got it.

Also I'm still waiting on that confirmation on how far along we are with Balance Runes so that I can finish the calculation for it, it's the only Rune I'm not finished.

EDIT: Never mind turns out we haven't worked on it since Turn 12 and as such it has like 430 points.

Rune of Self: Amazing. You understand yourself very well, which has quite a few benefits. +1400 to Psyker Checks from self-understanding. +700 to all other Checks. Personal gear enhanced with Rune of Self effectively immune to corruption. Your weapon, for example, would have to be stuffed full of Daemons before it would harm you.

Oh, and remember the +1500 from the Ork extermination action at the beginning of the turn, right at the end of the addition leading up to the multiplication by number of actions.
