Hm... so, taking all that into account, it seems like the best course of action would be to set up the big fusion reactor, while keeping the backup reactor for reverse-engineering.
We should also look into developing the means to create more UAMs ASAP. We can learn how to Jailbreak them quickly and fairly safely, but *only* if we use the facilities for Research rather than Training; our Provost's Learning is 19, which multiplied by 3 translates to 57; enough to prevent the screw-up if we go below 50pts (

On the other hand, studying UAM Design would be even safer, but take longer, particularly since we might have to figure out how to built UAM-parts afterwards.
@Academia Nuts: Will we be able to set up additional facilities like the one we currently have? The one capable of switching between Research and Teaching?
And if so; how difficult would this be?
