This may act as a sort of psy amp or maybe effect warp deadened/warp conduit. May require other research or the like though.

I'd mostly just like to use flesh shaping to upgrade our integral armor and pretty much do absolutely nothing else at this point. Why do we need our body to be even TOUGHER than carapace armor?

So that we can use Telekinesis to launch ourselves at our enemies at hypersonic speeds! :D

Your tutelage of Jinah is a bit mixed, in that while you have taught her to actually buckle down and do her work properly, but attempts to teach her to control her own desires run into teenage hormones. While she isn't actively running around chasing boys or girls, she actively resists the idea of cloistering herself just as she is about to get some more freedom irritates her and causes her to actively resist the idea.

The rest of the year is mostly quiet, although the tensions and economic activity of a military campaign brings the recent economic boom to a close. Most significant though is that you manage to predict a minor emergence of an Eldar raid - literally just half a dozen of the greenest youngster possible - and have a platoon on standby to splatter them just as they are emerging from their Webway gate. Better yet, you have scientists ready with sensors and the like to watch the forest react to the energies from the temporary Webway portal before it collapses. You don't do anything but watch though after shooting those that come through due to your senses telling you that disturbing the portal in any way will be an extraordinarily bad idea. Still, you manage to advance your knowledge of the interaction between the local plants by "years, if not decades" according to the scientists.

No, this is our last year with Jinah. I think pretty much everyone is in agreement that we're going to be spending the max of two actions training with her, since AN confirmed that directly impacts her competence as a teacher for other psykers once we're done with her. It's only one more year, so we might as well.

Also: Hunting Dragons right now isn't a great idea. We've got much bigger fish to fry.
