Yes, and this is a very good opportunity for X to address this particular gap in her knowledge by asking Angela, who should know a lot more about this. I wouldn't bring it up, but it's a very important and extremely relevant issue for X.

Oh god it's as awkward as I imagined. These two are as socialable as 2 giant bricks.
Well, since we know we only have around 20+ minutes, as much as I want X to chat with Angela until the night is done, I would prefer it if we talk with her about important topics first.
First, is the matter of our family. Whether Angela know of the fate of our parents. X only have some idea as to their fate. Its also a nice little topic to see how awkward our sister can get about it. It also serve another purpose of letting X gets some breather before running head first into her problems again.
Second, is the matter of the abnormalities. Again, if not because of the time limit, I wouldnt choose this. However, I would prefer the more mentally heavy topics to be left for a better time. X currently has more physical problems to solve before we can turn to her mental ones. And we have people relying on us too.

They deserve more than half an hour worth of time dedicated to them.
From my experience, 2 hours for each kid is a suitable amount.

Roland will be fine with Exposure since he has EGO already anyway, and having the Library powered back up would be good for Angela and probably indirectly useful for us (who knows what currently-disabled functions this Floor has?)

I wonder if X should just start with the time limit thing (which Angela might know about) because one of kids she looking after turned into some sort of Abnormality-like (possibly due to an interaction between the Light and alien magitech) and is actively pulling her back. Also she adopted a couple of them because they really needed a mom (she hopes Angela likes being their aunt, they're very sweet. Also an alien did the paperwork.) Also there's aliens in another universe doing the Lobotomy Corporation thing, but only for the energy. And with a lot more indifferent cruelty and death.
So yeah, does she wanna talk about any of that first, or should they bull through the emotional baggage between themselves instead? That's also important.

Roland does in fact NOT have E.G.O.
At least, I'm pretty sure he doesn't have E.G.O canonically post-Ruina. You would have to install a mod for Roland to obtain one.

While I'm not entirely certain, I'm mostly sure that the Black Silence fight is mostly a result of Roland resonating with the Library. The last Phase at least is definitely at least part of it, since he uses the General Works Floor's Abnormality effects (even one from Silent Girl, who wasn't even released yet) and powers from previous guests. He's definitely further to the Distortion side on the EGO/Distortion split, since he has the Distortion Text appearing during all Phases past the first while Xiao, Kali, and EGO Philip don't.
