this looks good. I wish it did assembling awareness for new AI but it hits almost all my favorite techs so it's pretty great.

It is the only plan I have seen that does anything for the Velkar, besides I like the synergy between cybernetics, biotech and psytech and it would be good for Stellar ascedancy to have their baby steps in exploration.

It'll likely mean she starts at a level higher than 0, yes. How much higher depends on the roll. A low roll may be somewhat risky, given she's not experienced enough to avoid mistakes.

So if we pair Aurora with Anexa on that Research we get Aurora a (few) safe level(s)?

Small problem with this. Specifically, the 40 construction slots - you only have 32 available since the rest are taken up with the empty hulls of the ships you repossessed from the Forsaken Echo.

However, the Klein Bottle & Lénárt Sphere ships are built on the 900 BP frigate hull size, so you can use the empty hulls for that. That means you save 1800 BP and get to spend it on something else, as well as saving 4 construction slots, +1 for the partially completed Candle. So you're only 3 over. You can change up your construction or choose 3 slots worth of hull to dump - which could be 3 of the 450 BP destroyer hulls.

Safe-ish. It's most dangerous right now because she really doesn't have a handle on her powers. She'll need to do a mix of navigating and studying the warp to really level up.

The current winning plan will almost certainly not level her at all, since it doesn't engage her powers at all. But it will be safe.

I want the Vellkar to be able to stand on their own so I am only voting for plans that do Vellkar OMC this turn.

I prefer Keeper of the Covenant, but the better tech option also seems interesting. And while his roots are as a spy, he has grown far more into a diplomat, and infiltrators aren't really useful when not dealing with humans or similar enough aliens. How do you infiltrate Necrons? And sending infiltrators into Chaos controlled places just seems like a suicide mission at best.

They are ideal to build the two lab ships on, which would save some BP for other purposes. So no reason to scrap them if we can use them this turn. @meianmaru
and @Auks just need to make a quick edit of their plans to take advantage of the hulls.

More RP generation... we have so much research we want to do, so this is such a good investment in future turns!

I wish I could, but not only have I just woken up in the morning for me, but I also have to get ready for work, so I'm not going to be able to come up with a plan combining both elements. That would be my ideal as well.
