less 2.0

and more 1.2,slightly updated/improved

most notorious, improved muscle strenght and some emergency organs to make them able to survive in a emergency coma even the worst of injuries
Emergency coma sounds super usefull.
Space Marines falling into maintenance mode instead of dying means we can save them (as long as they aren't nom'd by Tyranids), reducing attrition for long wars.

Less attrition from won battles -> what we would have to spend to replace can instead be spend to extend.
@HeroCooky Questions
1. Is the reason not to leave Lament Me Not on all the time? It doesn't increase warp tremors at all, and then it'll be ready for when we are attacked.
It disables the "No Symphony active" bonus to warpcalming, besides that: nope.

OK, thinking about the things I want to get and how many actions are required to get them...

1)Build the Great Note: If I understand the application of our relevant Songs correctly, requires 5 AP. Constructing a second Great Note would be handy, but non-essential.
2)Research Experimental Weapons And Armor + Anti-Psychic Materials: 2 AP. Some further research would be nice, but these are the ones I want most.
3)Symphonies: 1 AP can get us either 2 or 4 Symphonies, depending on how we spend it.
4)Titans: 1 action would give us a full legion, and that's great (though we gotta make a bunch of sketches for it). Every extra legion after that is a bonus. Since it's military, 2 AP result in 3 actions.
5)Sigils. 1 action should suffice.
6)Extra dreadnoughts. 4 actions (3 AP) can give us something even better than the Seyfert.
7)Filling up our ship construction queue: Either 1 or 2 AP, depending how much we grow in the remaining turns.
8)Melodies and Songs: 1 AP would be enough to get our fill of new Melodies (at 1) and still make some new Songs. 2 AP would raise everything, 3 AP would give us basically everything.

So, looking at that...
Minimum: 5 AP for Grand Note + 2 AP for Research + 1AP for Symphonies + 1AP for a Titan Legion + 1AP for Sigils + 3AP for dreadnought + 1AP for fleet construction + 1AP for Melodies and Songs = 15 AP, so, 5 turns (not counting Cry For The Future, which we might not be in a position to use due to new Symphonies).
Best: Throw 1 more AP for Research, 1 more for Titans, 1 more for ship construction, 2 more for Melodies and Songs, that's now 20 AP. Doable in seven turns with some room left over.

...Oh, actually, spending some AP on Replicate The Rubicon might be a very good idea.

Basicly I do not want to risk 6 symphonies running at the same time

2. No. It is sung, it will be done.
so wait, does this mean we can't sing Symphonies without turning off Cry For the Future & Grand Design? how many symphonies can we have running at the same time?

I don't think this pushes us to warpstormville. Probably 2/3 of the way there, but then we turn everything off again.

If somebody wants to tweak this to do fewer symphonies and do some songs/melodies instead I don't have much of a problem with that. The important ones to keep are probably the Automata one and the Make Things Better one.

I am just saying that SIX symphonies at the same time seems like a bad idea especially since HeroCooky said that those symphonies work instantly and so would their cost.
We don't know if they are +1 tremors, we can sing another two symphonies next turn or turn after that

Agreed. We're four levels away from a Warp storm. Activating 6 Symphonies at once strikes me as hubristic.

Anti-Psychic Materials (4/4) (Unto Works Generational decreases cost 5->4)
We are doing this with Grand Design active right? Cos that leads to Active Anti-Psychic Materials if I am remembering correctly - otherwise we just feed those into Null Thoughts instead?

(Also, are you sure we want to do Automata with Grand Design, since that explicitly has a lot more progress than the base variant?)

WAIT A MINUTE WAIT A MINUTE!!!!

Let's use We Were on the Necron's past, maybe even their technology. Let's further spite Hero by furthering our understanding of the Necrons, and because we'll maybe get a mini-trait like we did with the Tyranids.

Come on guys, let's do it. Screw government, I want our silly boys to see what a REAL intergalactic war looks like where dudes were tossing whole ass star systems like frisbees as a means of warfare and casually tearing the fabric of reality apart in ways that make the Chais Gods green with envy.

COME ON!!! SWITCH THE QUESTION!!!!

Like the Eldar, the Necrons are one of the sort that would Notice you looking, and most wouldn't be flattered by the scrutiny.

Looking back into the War in Heaven or anything adjacent to that is just a recipe for Trouble.
