Flat roll yeah. No stats or anything. Circunstancial bonus can happen depending how or why the situation happens.
But not for this ocassion, just a straight 1d100
Thinking about it, Archie could be a good way to get info on the other villains from that setting.
After all this is our turf and if there is something that the good doctor never really liked was competition.
So if people like Naugus or Scourge are lurking around, then they need to go, permanently preferably.
Mogul is also another threat, but one a lot more difficult to get rid of, that damn walking fur coat has avoided the grim reaper for a long time for good reason.

OK, I have one final question how much metal would it take to build one of the mechs that Eggman has made over the course of his life like the death egg robo, the egg dragoon the egg emperor

Eh probably like 90-100 depends on what robot exactly.
Also that's a bit out of your reach currently, eggman doesn't have any if his factories or the like to assist, he only has Starline, whatever hero unit you pick and some starting Metal, but you don't have the infraestructure for that…*yet*. Also doing something that big won't be as discreet as you might think. You gonna have to work just a tiny bit to be able to create the good stuff like that.
Good thinking, but will say that you have a bit more " Main line " issues to take care about, currently Green Hill Zones has been taken by Zavok, Black Doom is around here wanting some payback for the events of his game and you have the Empire of Valkyrie chronicles as neighbors doing their usual invading stuff, and while the Restoration is around…eh they are trying their best but they are not up to this.
The rest of the world has been taken over by the Sega villains in the All star villains doc.
Is up to Eggman to restore the balance to the world as it should be!

Also if someone is wondering, after the "shattering" happened, aka, the crossover, Metal continued with their plan from IDW comics to conquer the world as Eggman and try to find the doctor…but bit way more than he could chew. Will find out more in following updates/turns.

Let's save Mecha Robotnik, at least Games/IDW Eggman is way better than Archie!Eggman both pre and post Super Genesis Wave could ever be.
Also Games/IDW genuine thinks the world is a better place with him under his command but this bel8f is warped in his absolute faith in science and total disregard for the enviroment.
Plus acquiring Mecha Robotnik may decide to make Eggman to make Sage, that I believe wi be the admin for the Eggnet after her adventures in Sonic Frontiers and meant to coordinate the badniks as well.

@Soberan 123 Eggman is currently holding his remains. Why he is just remains shall be revealed sooner or later.
Hmm wonder if Sakura Wars is also parts of this.
Like it is mostly my mecha fanatism thanks to Super Robot Wars including them on the dlc for 30, but the Spiricle armors would be a good boost to our forces after we upgrade them with patented eggman tech.
Either way order of bussiness would be to get our house in order, especially with those unruly Zeti roaming around.
We can probably worry about invading neighbors once we actually get a final boss level mech constructed and get Metal repaired.
Also to invest in some of our tech trees, we got stuff like the power cores alongside other goodies.
Sadly nothing too gamebreaking unless we get lucky and get a hold of a chaos emerald, then the real fun starts.

I do wonder what happened to him tho? If I remember correctly he was online when Robotnic regained his memories in comic but he is in pieces here.
QM already mentioned that one of the crossover settings did this to him.
On the comics he was still online due to Sonic being the one to stop him.
The crossovers villains don't have that thing of holding back tho.
On the other hand once we know who did it, they better prepare, Sonic gets the courtesy of having a what we would call a fair fight with us due to tradition at this point.
To whoever did this to Metal tho? well they better prepare, cause the Eggman Empire is going to make hellfire rain on whoever did this.

Frankly I don't want to take Rusty Rose because it may give Eggman ideas to make the Roboticizer or go ahead with his Robotomy ideas per his weird comercial of Sonic Forces.
Also Eggman is at least confidant he can now take over the world, after all he did once and he can do it again. I am in full favor of making the Egg Army.

Roboticizer is more on Archie Sonic side/chances of getting with Mecha, not Rusty . Making that VERY clear
Would say not to focus much on the trait activating and more on what hero unit you would rather get.
