[] Plan Social Engineering Arms Race
-[] Of Fate and the Forgotten (Tzeentch, Imperium): 'Outis the Journeyman' seeks The Thousand Sons in the hopes that sharing sorcerous knowledge might break Tzeentch's hold. Meanwhile the Alpha Legion has been spotted across the Segmentum Pacificus laying the groundwork for...something. The Dark Angels have promised to investigate these things. Best to assist them and try to disrupt whatever plans have been laid.
-[] Word Bearers: The most patient legion, preferring pointed words to swords and bolter. Without the pressures of the Great Crusade you will be able to take better advantage of their strengths. The same hands that build wonders can bring ruin to any foe. Give them purpose and they will work miracles.

[ ] Plan: Decapitation Strike
- [ ] Waaagh and Prejudice (Orks, Khorne): Bronze Midir has been blessed with skill and hubris in equal measure. The iconoclast is not content with his own god's displeasure. Instead he seeks to challenge the Twin Gods for the souls of their children. He has made a throne from the corpses of eight Warbosses and raises the banner of eternal war. To him rally Stormboyz, Freebootaz, Gretchin and every Greenskin that values strength above all else. For now the disfavored gathers his strength but soon the Red Waaagh will march for Armageddon. At his command they build a tremendous fleet, better to burn them in port then face them it in battle. (This Crisis will progress in one turn)
- [ ] Sons of Horus: This gene seed calls out for red battle, to face the foe and make itself pure once more. They will make fine pathfinders and vanguards for mankind's armies. Let them rally their brothers and mend what bonds have been broken. Has the time for redemption finally come?

Luna Wolves were always pretty good at finding and deleting enemy commanders, I think it would go well for them with Orks and Chaos Champions.

I think the iron warriors will be perfect for this. They have the knack for creative problem solving that Khorne doesn't have.

-[] Thousand Sons: The awakening of their psykers blunted the growth of this legion. Not merely in number but in their other skills. This gene seed is remarkably adaptable. [] Of Fate and the Forgotten (Tzeentch, Imperium, ???): 'Outis the Journeyman' communes with the Thousand Sons, hoping that their combined sorcerous might can break Tzeentch's hold upon them. These are the priorities I believe. But The Orks and Khorne honestly seem more important to me.

Chaos, Legions, and Gene Seed
I wonder what would happen if we sent a traitor legion-chapter to fight against the god of their original legion. It could be an interesting experiment, with a high probability of it coming back to bite us in the ass, but that's what makes in interesting.

For the purposes of this quest The Chaos Gods don't actually care about what gene seed you have in you. Any astartes can join any Chaos legion and recieve the blessings of their patron. This is especially useful given how often Chaos Warbands need to use non native gene seed. It's the actual Chaos astartes who care about your lineage. With various ones having their own opinions on each geneline.

When the gods claimed the legions they staked a claim on the name and character of those that existed at the time. Combined with the ascension or death of the Traitor Primarchs and you have a scenario where The Four have shockingly little purchase on any Loyalist descendants.

So that means you can create a World Eater successor and toss them at Khorne without worrying about The Blood God stealing your dudes or necessarily even noticing the relation.

There is some higher then average risks that they could fall, but that'd be true with Black Templars, Blood Angels, White Scars, Sons of Horus, Space Wolves, etc..

There is also a higher then average chance you get to beat them at their own game. Which is awesome. Never forget the Blood Angels consistently handing L's to Khorne despite having about three giant flaws for him to exploit.

Ironically enough, said flaws make it harder for Khorne. The Red Thirst and Black Rage provide the Blood Angels plenty of experience with ignoring the sorts of temptations Khorne has on offer.

-[] World Eaters: Before Angron, before the rage and slaughter the War Hounds had been a different breed. Once, they were used an iron fist. A premier mechanized fighting force left to degenerate for lack of supplies. They will always be great warriors, it will be your choices that make them something more.

[ ] Plan: Vermintide removers
-[] Triskaidekaphobia (Xenos, Chaos): This Xenos(?) empire is currently under watch and containment within the Rho-Dencia system. These 'Skaven' possess thirteen habitable worlds. Including no less four Hive Worlds with commiserate populations. A massive industrial base fed from multiple mining and agriworlds and highly advanced (if unstable) Warptech. Current intelligence suggests that they are entering a period of heightened intraspecies activity. That is to say, interpersonal violence and a veritable orgy of betrayals. (This crisis will progress in ? turns).
-[] Sons of Horus: This gene seed calls out for red battle, to face the foe and make itself pure once more. They will make fine pathfinders and vanguards for mankind's armies. Let them rally their brothers and mend what bonds have been broken. Has the time for redemption finally come?

This just seems interesting to me, the Alpha Legion is cunning and coordinated, these things are useful against Khorne and Orks, who value their individual leaders who have great personal singular power, so we fight them not one-on-one but overwhelm them and force them to meet their weakness of their focus and glory hoarding. For we are the ants, the beasts that carve away great monsters until they are but scraps of their formal selves.

Quick note on Crises, Phases and new Crises
Before the vote ticks over just want to note that all current crises are three stages.

The ones available are all stage one. Certain ones might combine or create an entirely new crisis if let alone.

So with that little bit of paranoia, have fun figuring out which ones are which~

-[X] Death Guard: Though few in number it seems that any psykers born of this gene seed will be particularly powerful to compensate. Otherwise the Death Guard were almost painfully reliable. Favoring straightforward tactics where they could leverage their superior durability and discipline. The path stretches into eternity, but they will endure all the same.
