Probably going with this

[ ] Plan: Can we drop (4 legion traits, 3 planet traits, and 2 item/skill) traits on a White Scars Chapter?
-[ ] Retrieval: You are to develop a Chapter specialized towards finding and protecting the {EXTRA REDACTED}, due to their personal importance to the Emperor Himself.
-[ ] Potent Gene-Seed Charge: Some samples of a chapter's gene-seed are more likely to retain their stronger traits, and you have isolated such samples. 5 Points for each charge. Burn a charge to make the chapter roll for two traits from their parent legion. (x2)
-[ ] Adaptive Gene-Seed:
Some samples of Gene-seed are more capable of adapting to different conditions on different planets. 5 Points each charge. Burn a charge to roll an extra planetary trait.
-[ ] Legendary Gene-Seed: The finest Gene-Seed ever recovered from a given legion. 15 Points per charge, Burn a Charge to add a legion's legendary traits to the roll list for that round.
-[ ] More Equipment: You've managed to secure extra equipment for a chapter. 5 Points. Burn 1 charge to add an extra equipment slot for the chapter.
-[ ] Extra Trainers: With some extra effort and yelling at a few more bureaucrats, you ought to be able to arrange things so the new Chapter is able to get in some extra specialised training before proper deployment. 5 Points. Burn 1 charge to get an extra training option.

White scars Babysitting sounds like an amazing idea, What other chapter and primarch is as fast and somehow mentally stable as the white scars!

Going to be honest, not seeing the appeal of the Sensei since they just seem to be the Emperors kids. And whole yeah it sucks that they are hunted the same or worse has been happening to trillions of people for tens of thousands of years all over the Imperium. With the potential webway or Molech seeming like they would help far more people in the long run.

Besides we have been waiting forever to do something like Emperor's Landing and we were warned the option would cease being a thing in just a turn or two around a turn or two ago.

Honestly? I am mostly against the thousands sons options almost entirely because I am Bored of psykers, So doing the Psykery psykers to psyker just does not appeal to me.

Honestly? I am mostly against the thousands sons options almost entirely because I am Bored of psykers, So doing the Psykery psykers to psyker just does not appeal to me.
That's why I want to add Salamnders to make chimeric geneseed. I think it will make them more interesting. Also given the fact that the request involves technology I think the chapter will be more psyker tech focused instead of just psyker focused.

Not my faut that you could give SV's userbase a thousand buttons, and the only two ever pressed would be "Tech" and "wizard" :p
Yes. Because those are the only good options, everything else is worthless.

And now, seriously, I just don't see how can you be bored of Psykers. Like, If we were choosing Librarians every time, I understand but, I really don't feel like, the Chapters we created were particularly saturated with Librarians. Really, the only offender are Seraph Brotherhood, who, as far as I'm concerned, didn't get anything interesting from their Librarians, while other Chapters with Librarian speciality, like Steel Champions and Verdant Eyes, got their own unique, Psyker traditions that thematically fit their Chapter culture and combat doctrine.

So, I really don't see anything wrong with creating another Psyker Chapter, and of course, we can influence the Chapter in other ways to make them interesting. Again, see Champions and Eyes, who use their Psykery in interesting and fitting them ways. We can give them Marksman speciality to create Chapter of Gun Wizards for example.
I believe we would need a Thousand Son/Iron Hands for that outcome.
Again, Iron Hands aren't the only Chapter good at technology, Salamanders and Iron Warriors also are good at it and again, Chapter affinity, doesn't make the Chapter incapable of doing anything else. White Scars succesors can be slow and instead be masters of siege warfare, Salamanders succesors can be sadistic assholes. Affinity is just that, affinity and doesn't define every Chapter and every member of said Chapter.

Also, beside the fact that Salamanders also are good at technology, Vulkan was a literal smith. I really can't think of better option for Wizard-Smiths than the Thousand Sons/Salamanders combination if we actually going to define every Chapter only by their geneseed affinity.

[X] Plan: The Loyal Sons.
-[X] ???: Your next Chapter is to be from the lineage of the Thousand Sons, and will be entrusted with the {REDACTED} technology upon their completion.
-[X] Legendary Gene-Seed: The finest Gene-Seed ever recovered from a given legion.
-[X] Extra Trainers: With some extra effort and yelling at a few more bureaucrats, you ought to be able to arrange things so the new Chapter is able to get in some extra specialised training before proper deployment. 2x.
-[X] Potent Gene-Seed Charge: Some samples of a chapter's gene-seed are more likely to retain their stronger traits, and you have isolated such samples. 2x.
-[X] Power Chakram: An odd example of weapon design, the power Chakram is nonetheless a lethal weapon, both in close range and to anyone foolish enough to be hit by its thrown form.

[X] Plan: Sons of Sorcerer and Smith.
-[X] ???: Your next Chapter is to be from the lineage of the Thousand Sons, and will be entrusted with the {REDACTED} technology upon their completion.
-[X] Secondary Gene-Seed: The key component for creating Chimeric Gene-Seed. You're honestly surprised Guiliman approved of this one - then again, you did hear him grumbling about some idiots who were suggesting mixing Night Lord and World Eater templates, so maybe he just wanted to make the concept your problem before somebody did something completely moronic.

We have two charges of Adaptive, and one charge of Potent remaining , because of that, I think we kind of need to buy at least one charge of Potent this turn.
4 Charges of Adaptive Gene-Seed.
3 Charges of Potent Gene-Seed.

--[X] 2 Charges of Potent Gene-Seed.
--[X] 2 Charges of Adaptive Gene-Seed.

Also, reminder that for "???" request, we don't need to buy Thousand Sons geneseed, we get it for free, but if we want to do another Thousand Sons Chapter in the future, we actually need to buy the geneseed later.

-[X] More Equipment: You've managed to secure extra equipment for a chapter. 5 Points. Burn 1 charge to add an extra equipment slot for the chapter.
-[X] Extra Trainers: With some extra effort and yelling at a few more bureaucrats, you ought to be able to arrange things so the new Chapter is able to get in some extra specialised training before proper deployment. 5 Points. Burn 1 charge to get an extra training option.

[X] Plan: please give them Librarian & Chaplain Training, Please, they're going to HELL redeem themselves from their traitorous gene-father in the Eyes of the GOD-EMPEROR, THOSE CHAPLAINS BETTER BE PRAYING!

-[X] Traitor Legion Geneseed: Traitor Legion Geneseed: If you wish, you could gain access to the gene-seed of the traitor legions, each will have its benefits and costs, but all of them will have their gene-fathers concealed for practical reasons - little point creating a Chapter only for them to be wiped out by some overly paranoid fool. Write in a traitor legion. 10 Points for each time this is taken.

-[X] Retrieval: You are to develop a Chapter specialized towards finding and protecting the {EXTRA REDACTED}, due to their personal importance to the Emperor Himself.

-[X] Latch Boots: A superior counterpart to the regular mag-boots in Power Armour, these fascinating devices gives the Chapter's armor the ability to 'stick' itself onto any surface at will - letting the Astartes of the chapter fight on vertical surfaces, or even while upside down. 10 Points.
