Something will come to claim the ships the Yeeni collected. To fight it would be to invite ruin.

1. Should we have done a write-in for learning about the Necron Ship tech? because the Dutchy seemed to have gotten some advanced engine tech and then the Ashan Families had tech similar to the weapons. and what about the World Engine at Hidden Orb? no options or choices regarding it or do we have to do a write-in that would have started a research project on it?

@HeroCooky, do we know if any tech research necessitates or would be greatly helped by having (access to the) Necron Ships?

If that is the case, then we are now on a time limit to get those projects completed before we lose our (relatively unrestricted) access and should prioritise those tasks ASAP.

Clone Creation being cheaper is something as well...not sure what the societal implications of that will be. I know it's for specialized clones but uhh one can in theory use it for normal folk.

Not sure what the rule for Cloning is in Warhammer. Chaos doesn't do fuckery for it I think

Also @HeroCooky did we roll for Psykana?
You already use it for common folk. Around ~3-4% of your total population is/are clones.

Cloning follows the route of "only accelerate growth if you need troops now, and don't care about needing them in a few years." You basically grow babies/young children (2/3 years old) and decant them before giving them to caretakers or to the family units that requested and bought a child via cloning.

And I did. Only 1 off for Tzeentch, much sadge. 😔
And I am really HOPING its only a Reaver Class Titan and not bigger.
It is a Painlord-Class Titan. >:3

Yeah, all the Necron Tech you unlocked.

I think we did about all of the necron tech we possibly could - which is having a chance to scratch their paint. If we do any more then they'll definitely kill us all. Those ships are their property, and they know we have them.
"We believe they were all stolen by a small ship from a primitive, yet unknown, race within the last dozen centuries."
Eventually that Crypetk is probably going to pull its head out of its ass and then they're going to show up on our doorstep. (Though I am curious how badly its rolling).
"You may now run. You have five seconds before I hunt you down for getting us lost. Again."
And if we've so much as scratched the paint or unbolted a panel then Sylphetk the Ebon is going to show us what a being who got punched by a Krork and survived is capable of.

Remember we aren't dealing with some random Necron here. We're dealing with a PHARON. A RULER OF A DYNASTY. They're on another power level from anything we have? This is a bit like like Ferrus Manus waking up in our backyard and being pissy because the Iron Hands got split into successor chapters and lost all their cool shit.

We do not antagonize Sylphetk the Ebon. We hope Sylphetk the Ebon does not show up. If Sylphetk the Ebon does shows up, we give him whatever he wants and pray very strongly that he goes a different direction. Because if we fight him then he'll pull out levels of whoopass and plot armor that saw the C'tan imprisoned, regardless of how many troops he doesn't currently have with him.

They roll a D20 every Turn, where 1-5 is -1, 6-15 a +1, 16-19 a +2, and 20 a +3 on their journey to you. They need a total of 20 points to arrive.

They have -2.
Wow so even assuming only nat 20s they would soonest appear 8 turns from now. Wow it almost feels like we could actually try and build up big enough gun to maybe actually win against them or at least tattle to the Eldar lol

Oh my goodness, what a doof.

Does Sylphetk the Ebon chasing the Crypetk around give them a modifier?

Regardless, we've got some time.

would be
1d{-1:5,1:10,2:4,3}

so the chance for them to get the 22 progress they need in 11 turns is "output 11d{-1:5,1:10,2:4,3}>21" (-> 0.02%). Which is the first turn where its not rounded to a 0% chance.

So yeah, 8 nat 20s in a row is the earliest they physically can be.
It breaches 10% chance at 19 turns. (10.63%)
And breacher 50% chance at 27 turns. (51.13%)

"Hey, we found these weird ships [send pict recording] and prophecy says their owners are coming to retrieve them and that we have no chance to stand against them if we try to resist. So we won't be able to guard the thing-you-told-us-not-to-touch against them. We also found [send another pict recording]"

"WHERE, BY ISHAS FUCKING TITS, HAVE YOU FOUND THOSE NECRON SHIPS?! IS THAT A-"*eldar dies of blood pressure induced heart attack*

Have we had any WOG on how the Lamenter's equipment is doing with the various infantry weapon upgrades we've done? I remember a lot of discussion around it early on but that was around having HI if I remember correctly

We can also increase our number of choirs by expanding our general population (by colonizing planets and absorbing neighbors).
Mass terraforming is also another possibility. The issue is that it is very much a long term investment and we won't see the benefits till several turns down the line. Colonization is an option but I doubt we will colonize the "Negative malus" planets without at least getting all X to mitigate for it.

Diplomacy...well @HeroCooky after we do the Econ Harmonization will we get the option to confederate with the Grove? Or do we have to do some ISC Access options?

Also the improved diagnostic machines might be something on the same level as Chi-kan. Because think about it it's an improvement across the entire industry. This thing can wild out pretty hard in theory

Basically standard Space Marine armory levels, but Power Swords are standard equipment (instead of very rare), and Force Swords are available for their Librarians...if they had any.

No, you need several other Actions and Relations Improvements for that.

Think we could make Astartes Choirs? I'm not sure what the benefit of having regular Librarians is, anyone more knowledgeable about them able to explain?

Can we even make Librarians without any pre-existing ones? Do the Lamenters have backups and records of Psyker training/practices?

Yeah, I'm thinking we definitely should make sure we work something out with the Lamenters to see if they can find some Librarians of their own, attached Choirs are useful, yeah, but the Space Marine Chassis is capable of some impressive feats too.
