[X] Leave Perfinda For The Candle Keepers

Always sucks to take another hit, but Space Marine recruiting worlds aren't what I'd call great places to live, by design.

It's not even that they lack the ability to make them better, they just choose not to. Ultramar is the one exception, and as is widely known, it's not like Ultramarines are weaker than other Space Marines.

I would argue that Nocturn isn't left as it is intentionally-the Salamanders would probably make the world less hostile if they could, but the geological and astrological situation of the planet just make it kinda bad for human habitation in general, and they have to live with what they have.

I do hope the Lamenters consistently recruit from the Perfidia planets even after we make them better places to live.

So do you think that psykana manuals and illuminated manuscripts written by the choirs are called Hymnbooks?

@HeroCooky will colonization actions for planets or abandoned planets like silista be unlocked once we reach like 10-20 million people or is it much higher population needed for it?

Once we build up enough bulk of systems and population that are at a decent level, it won't be as much of a drag for each planet we're incorporating into the whole. The -30 for a Hive World of 200 billion people when we're at 3 billion people will probably get a lot more manageable once we're up to, say, 200 billion people on our own.

True. Doubling our population with a single planet instead of enth-toupling it would probably only be like a -10 to everything and 15 actions to Integrate.

You need Civ Ind 5 for colony fleets. And you have around a bit less than 3 Billion pops.
The -30 for a Hive World of 200 billion people
No, that's its +/- pop count. As in, we could have X to Y people, with the [to] amounting to 200 Billion.
