So, the "45 mm" round, was that an error and supposed to be a .45 round, or did someone bring a sorokapyatka?
Oops, fixed.

[X] Plan All Seeing
[X] Use your Crown
-[X] On the bullet. Who fired this?
-[X] On the rat. Who was your master?
--[X] If the answer to those questions are different.
-[X] On the note. Who made you dissappear?
---[X] If the answer to those questions are same or the Black court vampire.
-[X] On the note. Where is the one who made you dissappear?
If the answers to those questions come up with different people that means he has multiple accomplices or very least a singular minion knowing who this person who can operate in broad daylight is allows us to find them and directly Trace down the Black vampire. The last question is so we can find out more about the vampire themselves because they are definitely eating parts of the white vampires they're killing.
Wouldn't that be 13 Essence because it's three questions total that changed depending on the output we get. From what I remember about asking about the identities of people we do get images of them and from what I remember both of these could be wrong we know that black Court vampires have a very distinct appearance. So the question changes from who to where depending on our knowledge of the black Court vampire. Though you are right that does still put a super close to flaring I think I'm going to wait for some people to put in alternate plans see if something better comes up.A couple of things to keep in mind, that would put your Essence pool at 12 (-4 questions +2 for finding an secret), but more importantly perhaps it would put you on the edge of flaring, for the remainder of the seen (15 minutes to an hour) if you spend even one more mote of Essence you are going up in flaming eyes and cutting cold winds.

Also an invalid questionThat is two questions BTW, but both are valid you can just use different focuses.
COMMENTARY
Carrot and stick. But the letter continues in a shakier hand: I was right, Holy Ishtar I wish I wasn't. This rat comes into my room with a note between its teeth that says 'You've seen I can hurt ya mate and you've seen how I can help yea, lets' talk. Venetian Canals at midnight, I'll even bring you a snack.'
We don't know how old it is exactly. Blamps get strong quick, so it's possible it's a medium grade player. My guess is that IC Molly probably thinks they are connected.
She knows the Black Court are connected somehow to the Neverborn, that the Neverborn are related to the way a lot of necromancy is practiced, and that they are familiar.
A Black Court elder having the stones to start shit so openly in a major US city against multiple factions in a city claimed by the Sin-Eater, and not getting the hammer dropped on it promptly by the Red Dragon for endangering business?
Is probably not coincidence.
EDIT
More broadly with regards to Nemesis?
She has to figure that its not exactly news to most other supernatural players in the setting.
We know OOC that its not to at least some of the wizards, even if they do hoard secrets.
So after the initial shock, she's going to take a look at everyone else, and a deep breath.
Why are people bandwagging Goldfish's vote when it was said by the QM that it isn't a valid question because it counts as two? Not to mention we don't even know if he is dead to begin with.
Ok before I post my vote I have to know, we only read one of the two letters. Did you mean to write otherwise or did Molly just stop after reading the first one in the box?If he is not dead you will get a null answer on the first question.
