Yeah, this wasn't a good idea. Unworkable practically and it's probably going to result in an unpleasant conversation with Micheal later.
I'm not impressed by the reframing; this was a pretty ham fisted and OOC way to dress up a benefit to us as generosity.

If we just send the Archive Titania is going to kill the nemesis pawns where we can save them, and our presence isn't that valuable for the cult.
Also, the whole point of this was to help us with Summer so not showing up would be a waste.

Going with the super-powerful girl struggling to exist as herself despite her Mantle to discuss helping another super-powerful girl struggling to exist as herself despite her Mantle seems like the kind of political power move that the Fae will respect. Or, at the very least, Titania's gonna be wary of refusing Molly with the Archive right there.
It's not like the Archive's gonna do anything if Titania does blow Molly off, but the face and respect lost would be considerable and relevant to the fae nobility.

The idea was more that the Archive will cover for you. She will say she has insights into Nemesis. Even Titania will accept 'bitch I am the Archive*' as the means by by which she knew this. In exchange you owe her 3 splendors to be used by the Ventori, though you have convinced her not to use one for herself until further study.

I can't tell if this is a typo or intentional Enochian speech.
Intentional, can will into being would be the more English-friendly way to say that.
I don't recall that being part of the argument you made for doing it, and I don't see why it'd be necessary for making that proposal instead.
Offering to make sure she has somewhere to go doesn't require seeing if she'd take a different cult first. The placement of that suggestion may have been why she rejected the memory splendor; it sounded a hair too close to bribing her for support expanding.
She wants the 2 dot mind+ possession immunity right? That should be 1 monster a head.
It wasn't my argument when I was making it, I freely admit that, but I think it worked out that way.
Or two "mook tier" elders. Of course, if we end up exorcising and executing four nemesis shards, I think that would pay both for Ivy's commissions, and for Molly's and Lydia's panoply (3 dot armors, 1 or even a 3 dot whip for Lydia).

It's fortunate we had a soft landing out of this, but I don't think the worship thing was necessary to reach this conclusion.
The section on this isn't very informative in terms of how many "samples" we can hold.
Did we ever get a ruling on if this feature was in use and how many it could hold at a time?
The doc has the premise that you have to capture souls with the 1 dot prodigy you used on Lash. I'm letting you guys use bodies since well that makes sense in the canon of exalted. Essence is not just souls, though if you do want to use souls.... well that is an option.

Is one of the reasons I have reservations about and generally oppose your making broad promises and commitments about delivering Splendors and Prodigies and making magical shit for people.
We have to scramble to try to meet these hard commitments, and it distorts all our priorities.
Its not like these are goods you can fabricate with raw materials you buy at Home Depot with a credit card.
This is, by my count?
At least 3AP of Splendors we are currently locked into making to supply Ivy and the Venators with 3x Spendors.
And thats not counting any AP that may be required to find and harvest the raw materials necessary for making a Splendor.
Keep this in mind the next time you start thinking of throwing in Splendors into a plan proposal.
2) Furthermore, its not IC for Molly Carpenter to go looking for people to kill in order to make stuff.
Loot them from people she already has to kill? Sure; waste not want not. Renewable raw materials she can use? Sure; if she can harvest potential from an unclaimed Dragons Nest without destroying it, she'll do it.
Go looking for people to kill as reagents? Even evil people? Thats not the daughter of Michael and Charity Carpenter raised
And as we saw in this update with the suggestion of wiping memories, Molly's personal experience and ethics informs how she reacts to events and proposals.
The fact that we put it in her mouth doesnt mean she will be OK with it.
3)However in this case?
We're going to Las Vegas, Sin City itself, in pursuit of an Outsider agent in a city established by the power of a Sin-Eater, and run by his seneschal. And we might have to stab a shard or two of Nemesis in the eye before that.
I am reasonably sure that we'll probably be able to meet the requirements for at least 1x 2/3-dot by the end of the month.
Then next month we go back to Cleveland and harvest some potential/Tass from the ex-Pathfinder Dragons Nest there for another 2/3 dot Splendor.
At worst? Ivy isnt going to expect full delivery immediately; most magic artifice in the Dresden Files takes rather longer than a couple days, and I dont think she expects us to literally drop everything to fulfill that order.
If our delivery deadline is a year, we spread out manufacture and delivery.
