.......
In canon, the White God's faction created the Swords and called the Knights specifically to hound the Order of the Blackened Denarius. Not to hunt the Black Court. Not the Red Court or the White Court or the Outsider infiltrators who keep sneaking across the Outer Gates or the Old Ones that keep trying to claw their way back into reality after having been shut out.
Just primarily the Fallen and their hosts.
Most of Heaven's heavy hitters are involved here. Archangel Michael personally responded to deliver Esperacchius to Sanya the ex-Denarian. Archangel Raphael or one of his lieutenants personally warded the Carpenter panic room according to Lash.
And Archangel Uriel has personally responded onscreen to the following three breaches of the Rules
- First by handing out soulfire to Dresden as a response to Lucifer buffing Nicky et al to capture the Archive in Small Favor.
- Secondly by redirecting Dresden's ghost in Ghost Story after Lasciel duped him into killing himself.
- And lastly by literally becoming mortal to empower Michael against Nicodemus in Skin Game.
So yes, Heaven canonically rides the Denarians hard, and everything that even tangentially concerns them, in a way they ride no other bad guy faction we've seen onscreen.
Its an observed fact, not speculation.
Even in this AU, Uriel specifically made a house call in part to warn us about taking Denarian Coins to Sanctuary.
Nemesis and its plots didnt even warrant more than a passing mention.
I doubt that.Again, in confined spaces of urban warfare it can be quite effective.
The only army Im aware of that has used chlorine as a chemical warfare agent since the 1910s has been the modern day Syrian Army in the ongoing civil war, with much of those in urban areas.
Human Rights Watch had documented 24 chlorine attacks between 2014 and 2017, with 32 confirmed dead and hundreds injured. The Syrian American Medical Society documented 104 chlorine attacks between 2013 and 2015.
Less than a hundred confirmed dead.
By contrast, the use of sarin at Ghouta in 2013 killed between 281(French intelligence) to 1400(US intelligence) to 1700(OSINT) people.
As in, there's data

As a military weapon, chlorine just isnt very good.
It says something when the only system you've presented was a improvised antitank weapon from the 1930s for which I can find no English-language citations. Meantime it is relatively easy to find everything from shells to bombs to surface-to-surface missile warheads for chemical weapon delivery with a quick Google. We have drifted from the point. There are absolutely man-portable chemical warfare deployment systems. Of various kinds.
Man-portable chemical warfare systems do not appear to exist.
At least not in the military; I cant speak for spooks and other covert ops types and what they may or may not have.
1) School yes. I would assume that college applications and admissions stuff are under the school action, and that it got off-screened. I'd argue we need to either buy Academics 2 (2xp) or an Academics Excellency(4xp) this month, both of which would help with the Harvard plan. Assuming we are seriously considering the Harvard plan. So, I think we should discuss what we are doing next month about now. We have:
2) Rosie certainly.
She's due in January, and even if she isnt moving out this month, there's a whole set of things that need to be done, from getting her a cyberdevil phone plan and a car and
And we probably want to feed her a couple health potions around to accelerate healing post-delivery.
Her mother will do what mothers do, but her stepfather strikes me as the sort of person who will have issues with the household disruption from having a newborn competing for his wife's attention.
Hence that nanny is probably a good idea, whether or not Rosie is moving out this month.
Look around Cauldron to see if there's anyone in the community who'll do the nanny job for *checks 2023 salaries* $50k a year, before looking outside.
3)Vegas goes without saying. That needs to be addressed fast.
Yes to Brother Dev; we're in arrears on training.
Yes to exploring/securing the NeverNever side of Last Station; seems like basic security.
4)No to Porter's new trainset, at least not yet. We have spent the last five or six months bringing Last Station back to life as he requested. Given the timescales on which he lives, we dont have to jump into the train immediately.
Next month, or the month after.
5)We need to take at least one social action, and there's multiple outstanding.
We havent met the Alphas yet.
We havent introduced ourselves to Chicago ectomancer Mortimer Lindquist, which is also a Lydia action.
There's Marcone.
There's Cauldron and Helen Beckitt.
There's Lash.
There's the Summer Court.
There's the Fellowship of St Giles.
And Mab might finally make that phone call about the Leanansidhe
Not to mention the White Council getting back to us.
A lot of competition for that social action.
Point of correction:Her choice in the end, but the more I think about this the more I think it's a great idea @Yog . Everyone needs a creative activity to invest themselves in*, and Rosie loves horror movies. On earth her ability to even try becoming a major figure in that field is slim, but with this she could become a prominent figure in the history of her art on her skills/positioning alone.
Used to love horror movies. Her boyfriend was killed by characters from one, so she might not any longer.
