Green Flame Rising (Exalted vs Dresden Files)

Let's not talk to Lash while the wizard delegation is here please.
I happen to agree with Yog that there's minimal risk of anything. This is a world; its huge.
Even someone scrying on Molly will simply see her talking to a spirit in, just like all the other sapient spirits in the Brass Courts.
Let me put it this way, speaking about water, while under the effects of Boiling Sea Mastery from her makeup Molly was having... sea thoughts, the kind that march against the flame.
Well then.
Kimberian resonances will sitting across from a water magic specialist.
That has all sorts of possibilities.

Well the Red Court control much of Latin America, the White Court have significant pull in North America and Europe, but on the other hand the US government seems to have some supernatural protections even if they are of mixed quality. So in conclusion supernatural conspiracies exist, but not on the sheer scale of OWoD, plain old vanilla humans can make a significant impact on the setting.

So OWoD but nerfed. Got it. Is the magical ecosystem in play as well? Or is it just the supernatural in the dark corners of the world?

Not nerfed more like humanity is buffed and ready and willing to use heavy weapons and group tactic when it comes up.

Back when the black Court was a super power I expect it was much more World Of Darkness. The white Court like to take credit for that but humanity did about all of it.

Some magical things behave in a way analogous to an ecosystem, but that is more the Spirit World/the Nevernever than Earth.

Ah got it. Then two questions:

Can we track down where the fighting hope for a better tomorrow is being kept in the Nevernever or something to that effect to release/create Dresden Files equivalent of Nobles?

Nihilism in regards to the end of the world being nigh has mutated after WWII changing from the world will end in a flood to the world will end in a (nuclear) fire. Has this change now been reflected in the Nevernever? Is it one of the signs of the changing of Ages? And will those who used to live in/off of that part of the Nevernever come after us for being the harbingers of the new age?

Those look like very exotic kind of exaltations thematically so rather beyond Molly

It has in the Hell of Lanka, Molly does not even have to roll for it, there is a reason her sword, the weapon that is the end of gods, demons and stranger things, is sheathed in nuclear fire. As for if this is a sign of the changing of the age, well some among the Scorpion Eater Wan Kuei think so, but that is theology not science.

The fey have that whole thing where their political status directly sets Earth's thermostat, over and above human influence. Nothing else is explicitly mentioned in that light, but that leaves room for other factors to be similarly bound to/influenced by the supernatural if you're interested in including them for some purpose.

I could see it making for a natural way to integrate new factions; especially since we do hear about various beings, like Dragons, who used to be in charge of such and such natural force or similar.

Of course another big difference between DF and world of darkness is that this is an integrated world such as the wizards and the vampire fighting. In WoD there was I believe at least 3 different world wide conspiracies controling everything without ever getting in each other's way.

The Technocrats and Vampire don't make any sense as being the same setting.

I get that people want to talk to Lash because she's very interesting and a major risk besides but we should be able to do that later on with no consequence. Lets focus on the current mission while its still ongoing, get as much out of it as we can with no distractions. This event will have major consequences(good and bad) down the line it deserves our full attention.

Isn't the integration being in the hands of the storyteller a feature of the game?

I was under the impression that WoD games were designed so that the individual properties were stand alone, but the mechanics were shared. The default lore in any given book isn't meant to be taken as canon across all of them, if you're playing a game with mages and vampires running around at the same time you're supposed to square the lore for the purpose of your use case first.

We know that in this quest MIchael slaying Siriothrax led to global warming really kicking off. Speaking of, we probably want to do something about it - it is sorta kinda our family's responsibility. Raise a new one from an egg as our very own familiar maybe?

Pretty sure that's not what DP said.

Just that Siro would have been one of the first ones on containing the effects, if he were still alive and doing his job.

As long as Summer doesn't gain ascendancy over Winter I doubt it will get as bad as in reality.

Yeah, you are right (or at least more right than I am):
Climate Change is definitely a thing, Carbon and other Greenhouse Gases behave just as in our world, that said Winter is kind of interested in all the ice not melting because it's existence is bound up symbolically with the Court so it has a vested interest to push back. Alas Mab is kind of busy to be dealing with that at the moment and Mother Winter hasn't noticed since two centuries is a rather short time on the scale she operates on, she's taken longer naps.
Is there still a Dragon dealing with Air as a concept?
He (and whoever is responsible for Water) might also be interested in regulating that kind of thing.

Worst case it was Siriothrax and Micheal very recently killed the most likely actor to deal with atmospheric changes.
That was indeed Siriothrax's job.
Global Warming is human-caused. Winter does stuff to combat it, but less than it could because Mab is otherwise occupied. Siriothrax should have been doing more, and isn't doing anything now since he's dead.
