The apple in the Eden myth is thought by some to be a translation error. Fruit names get kinda fuzzy historically. That's why figgy pudding has raisins instead of figs. Some people think the fruit that granted humanity knowledge of good and evil was a pomegranate. Other fruits like fig or grape have been favored at different times in history.

A shocking number of the fruits people thought of the forbidden fruit as are based on really bad puns from said era.

That seems rather unlikely. Lashiel has eons of ego under her belt. It wouldn't make sense for Lash to be capable of that.
 
So, are we making Lasciel a simulacra body or a golem body or what? Because I want to try my hand at designing it.
 
So since it looks like doing the exorcism now has a pretty hefty lead here are the broad strokes of how Molly imagines this going:
  1. Craft a Essence Vessel, single dot Prodigy that resonates with Lash (easiest way to do it would be to use Harry's blood in the crafting)
  2. Put Harry in a chair and do the exorcism allowing Lash to he drawn into the Essence Vessel
  3. Negotiate over making her a body and if that goes OK...
  4. Make her a body specifically designed to complete her in the way her host does, but without the human will to interfere with hers. Since you do not actually have the science skill for cloning it will have to be some Pygmalion work, inanimate materials carved so finely they are as if alive

Actually designing the body is not necessary since Molly does not know what the introduction of Lash's Essence will do, but she is quite sure the resulting being would be significantly transformed. This would be her doing all the steps of making a simulacrum up to the sorcerous heavy lifting. Instead of making a full soul it is just making a faux-Po soul more mechanical than passionate and sticking Lash in there to give it the spark of... human (?) life.

What you guys will have to decide on is how good you want the body do be. It has to be at least 3 Dot quality or it will explode, but you guys can go up to 5.

I am tempted by 5 dot. On one hand I want to see Harry struggle with sexy golem Lash. On the other hand sexy golem Lash is competition.

On the third hand... maybe not. Allies can be found in stranger bedfellows.

I vote 5 dot. The fate of the world is the side plot for this quest. Seduce Harry is the main plotline.

5. Yes, a five dot arcana can be superhuman, but we should still be able to take her. And the more comfortable she is in her new body, the less reason she has to try and escape it, or be resentful of us.

For participants of the thread, here are the rules for a 5 dot arcana:
Arcana (•••••) Creation
• All Attributes begin at 1 dot, save those in primary category, which begin at 2.
• Rank categories of Attributes (Physical, Social, Mental) in order of importance to the Arcana's role.
• Divide 7 dots among primary Attributes, 5 dots among secondary Attributes, and 3 dots among tertiary Attributes.
• Attributes in primary category can be raised to 7.
• All Abilities begin at 0 dots.
• Rank categories of Abilities (Talents, Skills, Knowledges) in order of importance to the Arcana's function.
• Divide 13 dots among primary Abilities, 9 dots among secondary Abilities, and 5 dots among tertiary Abilities.
• No Ability can have more than 3 points without spending Freebie Points.
• Record Willpower (5) and Backgrounds (0).
• Record Health Track (Bruised x 2, Hurt, Injured Wounded, Mauled, Crippled, Incapacitated — an extra Bruised level).
• Select 6 Arcana Features.
• Spend Freebie Points (15), and, optionally, purchase Merits and Flaws (max. 7 points).

We are making a simulacrum (artificial) type of arcana:
• Simulacrum (Artificial) Artificial simulacra (those made of inanimate materials, or androids assembled out of advanced robotics) can soak lethal damage, but not aggravated. Androids are generally either outwardly of perfectly human appearance, or so close to human that they can hide any inconsistencies with heavy clothing. Most golem-style simulacra are blessed by a shroud of Essence that makes them look and feel human. Those rare androids that do not have a human or near-human chassis can generally project a formed-light illusion of a mundane appearance around themselves. In either case, this false-seeming may flicker or fail when the simulacrum is subjected to intense stress or physical disruption (moments of terror or anguish, or when the Arcana is roughly flung about or engages in violence).

She will have 6 Arcana features besides the descriptor of her status. If I was designing her a vessel, it would probably be
• Self-Maintaining: This Feature is only available for golems, artificial simulacra, and manikins. The Arcana knows how to repair itself when injured, though it takes twice as long as an Exalt would to enact repairs and the difficulty to do so is increased by one.
or, if allowed to be made magically self-repairing, then
• Rapid Healing: If the Arcana is capable of natural healing, then it now heals at the same rate as Exalted do.

• Unaging: The Arcana is designed with especially durable enchantments, or has had its genetic profile modified to disable ageing, or has had its corpse sprayed with remarkably efficacious preservatives. If the Arcana is of a variety that would normally get older (or wind down over time) and eventually die, it doesn't. Phantasms and golems don't normally need this Feature to endure indefinitely, unless the golem is made of something notably prone to wear and tear like soft wood or wax.

And two purchases of Superior Mind and Superior Poise each :
• Superior Mind: The Arcana gains three additional dots of Mental Attributes, which may increase its traits to 6. Taking this Feature a second time provides only two bonus dots, but raises the permitted cap to 7.
• Superior Poise: The Arcana gains three additional dots of Social Attributes, which may increase its traits to 6. Taking this Feature a second time provides only two bonus dots, but raises the permitted cap to 7.
Her primary attributes are guaranteed to be social, and secondary are mental. I would stat her as

Strength 2
Dexterity 2
Stamina 2

Charisma 5
Manipulation 7
Appearance 6

Perception 5
Intelligence 4
Wits 4

And for Merits I am very tempted to put a six dot Guardian Angel merit, with a literal guardian parole officer angel hovering over her.

Calling it now, Lash is going to want an old school classic car as her body, one of those 1920s things she was snobbing over earlier, but it's going to need to be able to change into a mech, like a Transformer.

It will also let Harry use the "Needs must when the Devil drives" quip when they're rushing through traffic, at least until he gets tired of it.
 
To make this clear if you make the best vessel you Exalted-ly can and then you shove an angelic parasite in there you will get something more powerful than a five dot arcana Molly could make on her own. Lash is element X in this particular mad science.

Is it bad that this only makes me want to try it more? Sounds like Molly can be part of making something truly unique.
