I've been thinking about the idea of giving weld a bow, and I've been thinking that we can also make some insane crossbows, even without using metal

here is the heaviest bow in the world, it weights 300lbs to draw

this is a 1200lb crossbow made out of horn wood and sinew, you could replace every part of this with wood

we can definitely do a bow that can be attached to a crossbow boy with lashes, even if the infinity enchantment can only be applied on wood

funnily enough, you can say this is repurposing of resources shadow stalker had, it's not like people will look too deep into the resources you sank into crossbows

as for flechette we need a very complex set of specification

a magazine capacity
the ability to touch the bolts
compactness

it doesn't need to have a heavy draw since the penetration doesn't come from the draw weight

so my idea is a combination of the Lancehead F1 because it allows you to use metals and precision manufacture to make the springs better using the best alloys available

if not, I would suggest an AR-6 Stinger II, since it has a magazine and honestly not having a magazine is downright foolish as it gives her 6 shots instead of one, it's comparable to a revolver compared to flintlock pistol

or you know a bolt action rifle

Mynock is the best creatures since they can survive in vacuum and fly in it, meaning some wonky propulsion, it's based on silicon, so it might be immune to fire, though some silicon compounds burn very well

they can absorb the material from a ship, which means we have yet another member in the "can clear the boat graveyard" rooster

they also inflate and explode when exposed to an atmosphere due to a ridiculously Allergy to helium of all things, to the point they could be used as living grenades

@zagan can we use the mollusk canon to shoot starro? Can we use if to shoot other living things

with this plus the launchable squids and living ammo, I feel we need a general small creature launcher

Starro no it's too big. We'll need size reduction to make it work. Other creatures? Yes, if they're small enough and if they can survive being launched. It could be an alternative to the blaster for the Slugs.
