We don't have Larceny at all and only two wits. This charm rolls wits+larceny...
Any roll is unlikely to succeed.

Even if it does the fallen angel is likely to scream at their host.
Also stealing it might not work at all. The Knights only ever try to get them to give it up willingly.

That seems to matter.

RATIONALE
-Rage Recast Flight allows us to fly. The advantages are obvious.
-Ox-Body gives us +4 HLs, increasing our HP by around 50%.
-Viridian Legend Exoskeleton allows us to increase our Soak by +4, doubling it. Which means more armor.

-Allies/Followers Cyberdevils 2 allows our cyberdevils to hack computer systems like networked surveillance cameras, police records, personal emails and the like, which allows us to spy on people who we havent met or who might be in other cities giving orders. Or to affect things in Chicago when we are on a roadtrip elsewhere.

-Demonic Primacy of Essence gives us a bonus against creatures of darkness, including ghosts, vampires and Winter Fae.
-Naked Wicked Souls allows us to spy on other people's secret shames and to regen Essence.
-Etiquette 3 improves our ability to function in formal negotiations. Like with Mab.

@Artemis1992 asked for a version with Scar Writ Saga Shield instead of Naked Wicked Souls.
So thats the second plan option.

Don't forget learning that MA as the first step to remaking a Terrestrial Martial Arts, of which Path Of The Arbiter Style is the best option available.

Micheal is the perfect inspiration for the style, so we have that angle covered. It charms let a person make Artifact weapons, armor for themselves. Something we just can't do, otherwise.
 
I'm just going to end up voting for whichever leading plan ends up having the options I've highlighted, but I'll add this one to the fray because I want to go fast.

Okay, just to have my voting priorities clear:

Individual lists are in no particular order. I don't care about the flying thing, I think there are more important uses of XP.
 
Boiling Sea Mastery seems really overpowered to me for only 4 exp. But at the same time I can see the use for Allies/Followers 2(Cyberdevils). The sooner we start our information network the deeper it will be.

So how about a variant of Plan Infernal Supremacy that swaps Demonic Primacy of Essence for Boiling Sea Mastery? An easy to activate -1 to everything sounds a lot better then -2 to some socials. Our Intimidation, Leadership and Empathy are already excellent so I don't see it as a priority. Just this arc we intimidated a bunch of ghouls easy. How many mooks are going to be able to do anything about our exalted tier socials as is?
