Even if true, it still does not address the fact that we are going to fight her anyway. Keep this in mind.
Eventually before the end of this arc, I expect a big throwdown. But not here.
Trying to find us on US-20 before we get home without a tracker is a literal needle in a haystack problem.
I mean, its worth remembering:
She doesnt know who we are.
Neither does Mathews.We didnt introduce ourself to him when we showed up with Dresden; Mathews only knows our face. No name. The bulk of her identifying data is "young woman with piercings and dyed hair, driving a beige car".
Now if she was an investigator, or had an investigator with her, I'd expect her to try to grab our license plate as we drive off and check the DMV. But I doubt she's ever had to do that sort of modern investigative work; she's a thousand years, and rich.
Thats what minions are for.
Similarly, crawling social media to find Molly's page based on her memory of our face is not something she can automate.
Maybe when she gets home she can summon something to attempt to find Molly, but thats not something to do on the fly.
And whether she'd get a spirit that would look at Molly's presence and choose to take the job is a different matter.
Its like with the Denarians; hard to get info from spirits because no spirit wants them mad.
