Two obvious options for this—
One, He tired to break in and got smacked by the wards, which are meant for things much tougher than Green or Two, there's something out there that thinks this will get on our (Or Harry's) good side.

Either way, there is a man bleeding on the street

[X] Call an ambulance for him and leave, you are not going to leave anyone to die on the street, but that does not mean he is your responsibility

(Sidebar: It is a pity Molly doesn't have Violence is Worship, that refreshes essence when she's witness to violence she didn't cause or start, her life is bound to have that in spades)

Harry probably ought to know about this. But as the Evil Overlord List says, "If I have an unstoppable superweapon, I will use it as early and as often as possible instead of keeping it in reserve.". While this may not be the exact same situation, I think it applies to the Crown of Eyes here too.

I've never heard of this list but I assume it also says "if at first you don't succeed build a time machine and try again"
@DragonParadox if we buy some property can we bind a demon to it to make it move around like Howl's Moving Castle?

We should definitely exploit it, but it's worth being careful about how we ask so that we preserve topics as much as we reasonably can.

@DragonParadox in that vein, does the default question here key off the situation instead of the person so that we don't burn a persistent topic?

Not sure how useful being able to ask about this guy in the future will be, but might as well be frugal where we can.

Molly being around for one of Dresden's cases will be great.

I'm just envisioning him pulling some highly involved investigation involving multiple moving parts that still only gets him halfway to the answer, only for Molly to show up and essentially go "let me google that for you".

Purely for the sake of screwing with Dresden we should buy a magic eight ball and pretend to use it as a ritual focus when using the crown around him.
