Agreed that Plan Votes are infinitely preferable to non-Plan votes. Better a plan I'm not supporting win than no plan at all. And speaking of plans, we'll need one to survive until the end of the year. Given our lacking progress in completing the quest, we'll really need a lot of strength to survive the issues we're about to face, so I'm going to say mastering the strongest field of magic we have access to is a priority, as is upping the amount of raw power we can throw behind it. That this build still retains significant potential for the future is just icing on the cake as far as I'm concerned.

The Apocryphal Curse also said 'strength through adversity, Aermora Bravus' or something like that, and just now we've been told "Aermora Bravus, novitiate", where Noviate is an actual word meaning the initiate of a religious group.
Mors Temporis is Latin('Death Time', though adding a comma makes it 'Undefined Death' and any subsequent gibberish makes it 'Death of Time', according to google translate), but Solnyel Khaosu is not, Terminus Spatii is romanian for... "space terminus", myesca can'vic is gibberish again, medevaeris is 'you will heal' or 'you will cure' and if you add the aen becomes 'you will heal the cauldrons' but with operaete as well becomes 'you will heal yourself'. according, again, to google translate. also Arahad, yarad turns up as existing individually in several languages, but never both in one.

Bravus superficially seems like it should mean brave; the internet claims it's derivable from the word for a cuthroat barbarian, Pravus; and I have the unaccountable intuition that it's related to birds.
Also, after some searching of words, I discovered that although "Bravus" doesn't show up as a latin word in translate, "RAVUS"(...caps including) does, translating to and from 'Grizzly'(with alternate translations including 'greyish' and 'tawny'.)


Overall, this context sounds like 'Aermora Bravus' means 'Grey Tree'.
Edit: oh and the best translation I have for the quoted thing, put together, is "I see, creation! Grey Tree! Death of Time, [garbled], Death of Space, [garbled], You will heal yourself! Aurora!"

I think Frenzied probably needs a sub-vote for the specific area of magic you have in mind.

Since Singularity is a massive boost to Astrology, I think Runes would be good for Frenzied, though people have been making a case for Dark Arts on the discord. Very much depends on the high-level demon selection, and how many decent sorts like Ornias there are in the summoning pool as opposed to your stereotypical "subvert the binding and then kill everyone" types.

Combining mastery level alchemy + completely unique materials (and Dark Astrology) seems extremely strong. The Invisibility cloak and Hufflepuff squad neutering all but the most dangerous fauna makes this really appealing. Raw power can be achieved in other ways but the opportunities in Ecliptic are basically unachievable to get within the lifetime of the quest.

If you want rune mastery, Frenzied costs 25 more gnosis than Eternal Ancient Runes Mastery, which gets you the same thing.

The tree is probably the World Tree, which we've conjectured is the ultimate source of the Roman wand wood. Instead of brewing, Bravus might be 'brave', as in 'Brave the Tree, Novitiate'. A benediction and an instruction, to live life, to attempt great things, to exceed all that has come before, that sort of thing.
 
Looks like plan Not Dying has Dark Arts as the Frenzied target. That's fine; I also note the possibility of using performance-enhancing drugs on Convocation, and giving them to the other Chosen if we can trust them, for a good short term boost since we might end up carrying the team here. Also Eternal Runes Mastery or equivalent will stay on the table afterwards, and we can take it later on.

Every one should vote by plan so a bad combination of Attainments is not piked.

I think if i remember correctly Birdsie said we could die if we don't pike the right stuff now. So we need immediate power right now

Picking the super nova would probably be the safest option in that regard but Frenzied Dark arts could work to

Learning perks could also be considered like becoming masters in dark arts right away. It really depends on how much power we need to not die. Ideally a choice that gives us immediate power enough to not die and potential to get stronger latter on would be best

I herd we could take the Astronomy N.E.W.T. if we pike Singularity so everyone who is voting on doing OWLs should vote for that instead given it's better unless I'm wrong or their are benefits to taking OWLs I'm not aware of

I feel like it's inefficient to go for a Frenzied target we're already gifted in; what about Charms or Transfigurations instead? Both are extremely useful in and out of combat, and we're unlikely to master them otherwise. We can absolutely kick ass and stay alive with a mastery in either, and when we naturally achieve Dark Arts mastery on our own we'll have that many more competencies.
 
It's worth considering if we don't wanna just do the absolute bare minimum in terms of schoolwork and instead ask the Inner Circle Hufflepuffs if they'd be willing to help us find the other Chosen, either by helping us do our homework, going as us to classes or generally putting in the man hours themselves.

The dark Arts are the most powerful school in existence, according to Birdsey. And the fact that we are gifted in the dark arts makes everything better. Perhaps we will be the only one who can become a grandmaster ++ in the dark arts.
