Of course, before doing any of the Steel Talons projects, we're going to want to do the Myomer Factory. Hell, we're going to want to do it before the Wartime Factory refit because that way we know all the Zone Armour factories are going to make optimal use of the new myomer...
Or in simpler terms, as people have been saying, the Myomer Factory is probably the factory we want most behind at least one more Shelll phase, Copenhagen and one of the Apollo's.
Arguably. On the other hand, the factories in question are likely to be relatively light/cheap like the Zone Armor factories, because these are basically a beefed up type of Zone Armor as far as I can tell. Having the option to build more factories isn't necessarily so bad.
No it's not, and ultimately I think everything on that list is necessary and important, though to different degrees, but we already have a number of critical factories, we sort of know where we are going to put down MARV hubs, but there hasn't been much talk on what development projects we should take. I imagine we will be doing at least development on stuff like the Havoc and the ZOCOM artillery piece at the end of the plan once other promises are fulfilled, this was more about thinking up what projects to do to get access to the red zones again.
I think that Ablative Plating may turn out to be an 'installation' project like the point defense refit- that is, it's not difficult to build new tanks with the stuff, and destruction of existing anti-laser ablatives isn't common enough to really be a burden, but the old tanks need to be retrofitted and that is time-consuming.
Ithillid said in the discord that the ablative armour will basically be little hexagonal hockey pucks we can fit on the existing vehicles. Much like reactive armour panels for modern MBTs which required basically no real modifications to mount on existing tanks. As such it's likely to just be a few factories or even just one to produce the things.

I know what shot up to the top of my list. We really need this to keep our tanks up and running. And well anything that extends the service life of our units is good. Means we spend less on R&D and building new factories. Also it'll be hilarious to bolt them to the MARVs once the line units are filled out. It'd like putting a hat on a hat.

I was with you till this comment. I'll never understand why people insist on shooting themselves in the foot.
No matter how right you are, and how good your point is, comments like that ensure anyone reading them will discount everything your saying unless they already agree with you.
Yellow Zone Abatement clearly isn't a waste. You feel like Red Zone Abatement is more worthwhile, on top of granting more income, so that's your preference. That's fine and makes sense.
But dismissing the entire other half of the voters who value Yellow Zone Abatement and want to see what synergies we can get for completing an entire Tiberium Defense Envelope around our Blue Zone, doesn't help your side, or make people value what you have to say more. In fact, most likely less.
Edited my comment because it was pointed out my final statement was very mocking to @Kelenas. Apologies.

No we're at +2, I intentionally budgeted the plan's power expenditures as if the power plants wouldn't complete just in case. Well, the case happened, but we're fine.
Infrastructure (+12 per die) Blue Zone Arcologies (Phase 1) 0/450 +116 +24 = 140/450
Heavy Industry (+15 per die) Blue Zone Power Production Campaigns (Phase 1) 193/500 +159 +75 = 427/500 Blue Zone Microgeneration Program (Phase 1) 38/60 +61 +15 = 114/60

Oh research results are 7 out of 10, that is promising. Also the HI dice continue to troll us
edit-
Hmm early thoughts: 2 dice on BZ power because I dont trust our HI dice. Then either YZ power or rolling stock plant with the other 3. Start YZ light industry (plan goal, consumer goods and election boost for parties in our favor).
