That sure sounds like multiple clauses, which isn't on the table.
We do not spend all our time in the sect military. Sometimes we even go out and do things like explore the surrounding. This time, we'll go a little further.
It's implied. She doesn't need to be told not to return immediately after the fight when she'll run straight into the people we told her to run away from, because it is self evident to everyone but certain people here.

Its not implied at all. Like seriously. we have 0 idea what is a safe time and place, and its definitely not implied we would be meeting in secret away from the sect.
So. How are you going to justify breaking the Sect Rule of Conduct that prevents Ling Qi from leaving the territory of the Sect and into foreigner lands?
Get official dispensation and approval.
The way this works after we get back to civilization is CRX calls home and explains how there's an unaligned faction of barbarians the sect almost succeeded in antagonizing into war if not for fortunate circumstances and quick action. Then she explains a bit about how we have potential diplomatic inroads to keep the new barbarians out of the war, instead of throwing in with the nomads and shishigui.
But she needs a little bit of help arranging the details. Just some paperwork.

I didnt know we knew the Ice ladies cell phone number and were able to do a call afterwards. Seriously we have no idea what the time and place should be, the logisitics are impossible, and like we are supposed to convince the entire sect of the unproven worth of another faction just so we can chat.
Like we can do this in the second option because her helping shuts up the voices in the sect who might hurt her (since she actively helps us) and logistically its easy since its just staying after the fight.
It absolutely does matter, because then matters can be handled safely and under controlled circumstances

Her helping doesn't shut anybody up, the voices in the sect are powered by xenophobia and xenophobia cares not for your puny facts. The only thing that can shut them up is high level political power forcing them to shut up, hence why we need to go back home and call Big Cai to back us on this.

So we need to go through all that and then hope that Bootleg Elsa still believes that LQ is actually coming and didn't just blow her off. Seems to me that instead of being "just some paperwork" the paperwork alone constitutes a significant barrier to this plan actually working out.
Frankly, why do you think that, there's no indication so it's basically just idle hope.
It doesn't matter if the thread doesn't leave the stone unturned if the stone leaves because she thinks she got blown off.
Asking too much could offend her and destroy any chance of ongoing contact.
Requesting that she quit the field is fairly reasonable but she will likely take it as treachery due to the encircling sect forces.
Noping out of a conversation would be extremely rude.
None of those sound like good options. That's why I would prefer that we just identify ourselves. Our identity is ours to give away while not threatening the integrity of the mission (which would be insubordination). It also demonstrates a willingness to engage with her on a personal level that she might choose to reciprocate.

We have 0 idea in character of safe place and time, and quite frankly we cant assume we have enough time to negotiate one, we are fighting. The logistics are nigh impossible.
And now we assuming we can call momma cai on a minor matter? Like this is just the ice ladywanting to talk, not all that much. It may turn more than that if we do well, but its not all that much that some random friendly barbarian wants to chat. The barbarian cant be all that important after all, she is only green.
If the sect is likely to just try and kill them in convenience, how is Elsa Jr going to think she won't be killed on sight trying to get a hold of us?

I haven't seen any convincing way for the write in vote to get back in contact with the ice lady. They live in the far south of the wall. Pining hope on the idea that they stay this far north chasing a curiosity doesn't seem like a good bet.
I would much rather bet on Ling Qi's ability to sway sect policy, especially if the sect sees ice lady helping them. As has been said, we don't likely need the ice lady's help in finishing this task. That's not the point though. The point is to test the lady and see if she is willing to work with the sect and if so, to allow the sect to see the ice lady helping them. The good will generated by that should ease the conversation. What ever it might be.
