A Norn Queen? Well that's excellent news for the poison and preparing for the Nids. The Negaverse is going to be saltier though.

Heh. As a general rule, one should probably assume the answer to this in 40K is always "yes".Is there some new terrible thing in the galaxy that we don't know about?"
...And is delaying bad? Like plenty of people are aware and acknowledge that at least some of our tech is going to get stolen eventually but as many people don't think we should make it easier for them. Example, just because we are going to get attacked by a level 3 Waagh someday doesn't mean we should go provoking one into attacking us.The tech will be stolen eventually. All we can do is delay the inevitable.
I rather hope someone does a full o-make of that....Negaverse Durin: "One of your Norn Queens disappeared. You have no clues what happened beyond strange claw marks in the chamber she was in."
Players: "What the fuck!? Who did this? Who could do this? Is it the Eldar? But claw marks doesn't sound like Eldar! The Dark Eldar maybe? Is there some new terrible thing in the galaxy that we don't know about?"
Could we use the corpse to figure out what their existing unit list is?They're the Nids that make more Nids. The loss of only just this one probably won't be a huge slowdown for the Hive Fleet since it's so big, but we basically just got a full genetic repository for this Hive Fleet. That will hopefully ensure the resulting poison will affect any organism in the Hive Fleet, including their Dreadnought.
It's also great for research from them. They're the Nids that make more Nids. Players: "Also how did that happen, a single queen's the size of a titan!"Players: "What the fuck!? Who did this? Who could do this? Is it the Eldar? But claw marks doesn't sound like Eldar! The Dark Eldar maybe? Is there some new terrible thing in the galaxy that we don't know about?"

I don't believe the Imperium ever captured one even as a corpse, so the research possibilities beyond the poison are excellent.
Depends on how much sample is needed to make the poison. It would be limited if we want to make the poison I think. There's only so much vivisection that could be done without destroying the sample.

When a cat does that it usually means the cat thinks thier human can't take care of themselves.Well, cats are known for dumping dead things they killed on human doorsteps.
This is just a bit... bigger.
Considering what we're dealing with? When a cat does that it usually means the cat thinks thier human can't take care of themselves.
Didn't Durin say that he had a 2 in 3 chance of succeeding?Either the 10% came up or HWWO is better than Vlad gives credit for. Probably the latter. Transcendent OP.
Oh shit we did have a cat hunt down a creature and leave it for us because we could not do it.
That was when we were operating on the knowledge of the Old Nids with a weaker Shadow in the Warp, when Rids divined him the chance was knocked down to 10% chance of success.
High Grandmaster Ridcully spent two years working to ensure that as many of the local chaos powers as possible have seers detect the approach of Hive Fleet Grábakr. He tells you that he has ensured that Amir-ka, More'lumix's Realm and the Princedom of Assour know of the approaching Shadow of the Warp. Unfortunately it seems that none of them realize exactly what is coming, due to the fact that there are few who have fought the full power a a Tyranid Hive Fleet in the region.
Yeah it's what Enjou and I said earlier. Which is good and bad. Good because Amirka will most likely help against Bloodbusta bad because they will mauled doing so.ah, we have an issue. they know whats coming, but don't understand the scale of the encroaching menace.
Depends on how close an eye they keep on us mucking around in their backyard.Yeah it's what Enjou and I said earlier. Which is good and bad. Good because Amirka will most likely help against Bloodbusta bad because they will mauled doing so.
Maybe but considering unless all 4 major polities and some of the smaller powers unit to fight the Waagh I can not see them winning. Especially after all the orks in the region join in. The orks outnumber all chaos forces.Depends on how close an eye they keep on us mucking around in their backyard.
If only telling young people or showing them a example got young people to do the right thing. Or just people in general really. The amount of teenagers I have seen because of stupid things or the amount of people who don't take thier medicine. I see diabetic patients who eat too much sugar and people who have siezures fro not taking their medicine. Don't get me started on antivaxers.I would imagine that all the very smart/old people suddenly up and leaving would be a sign for the not-quite-as-smart-or-old people that they should leave too.....
I'm not seeing anything about that in the update. That was when we were operating on the knowledge of the Old Nids with a weaker Shadow in the Warp, when Rids divined him the chance was knocked down to 10% chance of success.
I hope he didn't hurt himself doing this cause that'd suck.
probly info given in the discord....maybe we should put down a post somewhere that just holds all of the info durin has give (recently...otherwise the post would be like 4 pages long or more) in the discord just so that people have a CHANCE of learning about this stuff without being dependent on others accidentally referencing it.
